Bedsheets clean but room filthy. Syrup (pancake?) on the counter with the coffee maker. Rug edges (Where wall and rugs touch) in room and all hallways have long-term build up of crud.

My stay was very good. Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good. A few small issues with room. My toilet seat was loose. The water in bathroom could've been hotter for my liking.but in all fairness I didn't address it until check out, so it wasn't something that was not handled. Overall it was still a really nice place, really nice staff, and ver nice room. Would definitely stay again

Room smelled like mildew so strong had to change rooms two times. Then they ran my debit card a second time and froze an extra $638 that was not available to me until days later.

The hall way areas smelled like sewage. TV didn't work. I called front desk at about 5 pm but no answer and went to voice mail. I waited a while and called back voicemail again. So I went down to the front desk no one there. Front desk clerk was outside smoking.

The room was hot and bed was wet with moisture. I could not even stay the night and sleep in the moist sheets it felt so dirty. No refund was given to me would never come back and would not recommend to anyone

This property was way over priced. Mattress had potholes. AC put out damp air so bedding and carpet felt wet. There was a horrible smell at the elevators and hallway and they piped in loud music in the hallways that played all night and could be heard in our room all night. When we asked the front desk to turn it down during the night we were told it was locked in the managers office and they could not access. Why wasn’t there a manager accessible for problems? Would not recommend staying here.

Everything about our stays was great. We did have a little trouble with our lock on our door working and not working, and Amber up in the front desk did everything she could to get it fixed. And bless her heart she did. I definitely would stay there again.

Passing through and needed a place to sleep as it was late. Average check-in experience. Hotel looked nice in lobby. Room was OK, very humid and AC couldn’t quite keep up. Some discoloration and chipping in shower/tub area. Had microwave and mini fridge. Dove products in bathroom. Room felt relatively clean, just older feeling. Comfortable bed.

We always stay here if attending something at the casino on a weekend. The shuttle is a big convenience! Beds aren’t comfortable but I love the Dove products in the shower and the super friendly staff everytime we go!!!!

Staff was amazing and friendly. They had a shuttle that would take you and pick you up from the casino. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfy and pillows too. We will definitely come back and stay.
