We booked a king suite but when we arrived at the property we were told that they were overbooked on kings and had to put us into a two queen room. This was not an ideal situation especially since I booked this hotel based on the king room availability.
Service was very friendly, even checking in at midnight the staff was cheery and engaging.
Fitness room was cramped, but functional.
Pool and hot tub were great.

The room was very nice but the ac wasn’t working properly so they moved us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not set up well. It’s in a cramped area with terrible traffic flow, the food and selection wasn’t great, and the staff couldn’t keep up.

Room had a weird smell when first walking in, but other than that, everything was good.
Hotel reception Curtis and Dave were awesome and very helpful.
Love that the room had a microwave & small fridge. Also breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Waffle maker was a plus!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, except when we came there was no hot meat , they brought it like 15 minutes later, when we was almost done eating, would appreciate to have it to be ready when it’s breakfast time. Great place to stay!

Staff is excellent, but if you say breakfast ends at 10, then there should still be ALL the hot food UNTIL bloody TEN AM, not 9:45. when those baseball playing locusts come down and eat everything in sight!! things should be refilled, so people who want to come down after them ACTUALLY HAVE HOT BREAKFAST TO EAT.

Dave and Aiden at the front desk were all smiles as I walked in...Dave efficiently checked me in....and both of them were very emphatic because of my foot injury....I bought a bottle of water and found out that they credited it ...such exemplary customer service! The jacuzzi was hot and relaxing...my room was super clean and had a nice view of the mountains...this is my go to place whenever I am visiting Wenatchee....keep up the good work!

Loves the room layout, and the separate toilet room. Night time cookies were a bonus! Very friendly staff. The street noise was very loud at night, like drag racing both nights. The pull out couch bed was rock hard and had dried rice and popcorn kernals in it when opened...we ended up not using it as a bed, and thats the reason we got the 3 bed option room... so that was not ideal since it cost more than a 2 queen room.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the the morning breakfast had a wide variety. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

Would definitely recommend for families. Food was excellent, nice big pool and hot, customer service was fast and friendly. Stayed as a family of five in a suite and enough room for all of us to be enjoyable. Already recommended to family and friends after just the first night. Will definitely be back.

It was a very nice facility. The pool was pleasant but loud because of this odd splashy thing. The room had a few issues. Someone had unplugged the phone so I could not call downstairs without spending a few minutes untangling a mass of wires but I fixed it. One of the sinks did not drain properly. One of the toilet tissue holders was almoost pulled out of the wall. The TV had issues but we figured out a bypass with our own Netflix account.
