At best, adequate. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Worn stained carpets in hallways. Functional but unpleasant bathroom. Adequate breakfast that doesn't meet Japanese hotel standards. Staff was wonderful.

Excellent location. Very clean. It was a little small for a couple but generally a good experience—100% recommended.

Liked the location, convenient for transport and restaurants. It provided everything a traveller needs. Room is tiny- bed takes up 90% of floor space. Breakfast finished at 9am which seems a bit early.

It was very close to the train station, the room was clean, and all the amenities were available including washer and dryer. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet.

Check in in is a long game. You first arrive at the hotel and you realize you cant check in there. You need to go to kyoto station, 45min walking. When we arrived, we tried to find the office for 15min as it is not exactly there but in an adjacent block at third floor. Then we went back to the hotel. The entire experience of checking in took us 2h.
The room was good, better than other places. Room size was ok and beds were confortable.
Hotel staff will not clean your room duribg your entire stay. The rooms are self cleaning. Sane towles all days

The rooms are tiny. Two people cannot even walk passed each other. We had to book a smoking room because it was the only one left. I was under the impression it meant you can smoke on the balcony or smoking area, but it was inside the actual room therefore the room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. The bed is way too hard and pillows sunk in. I’d wake up in the middle of the night with a flat pillow. Had a really bad neck and back for the entire stay because of it. Free breakfast was ok. It’s free so can’t complain. Free laundry service is great. Great for local businessmen, but definitely not for holiday goers.

Handy location near train station. The room was clean and tidy (as you would expect!). Small. Very cramped for two people, but fine for sleeping in. Has an old and used feeling to the hotel.

I picked this hotel because it was near the Hiroshima Station. I did not want to stay near the Peace Park as dragging your luggage on the street cars is discouraged. The hotel is relatively new. Staff was helpful to store our luggage until the 15:00 check in time. The breakfast is listed as continental but they had everything a normal buffet breakfast has. There is even a soda machine and soup machine that you can access 24 hours a day. I microwave is available too. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning is independent, meaning you control the temperature in each room. Some hotels have a central system that they do not turn on until it gets hot or cold.

A nice hotel, staffs work quickly.Upon check in the staff give us a map showing restaurents and shops in the nearby area,that is very considerate. The breakfast taste good and avaliable from 5am to 10 am. We will definitly stay in this hotel again if we visit Hiroshima in the future.

When you see a small children's playground, you can find the hotel next to it. The hotel looks like a residential building because the corridors are in an open area. The bathroom has no heater so it felt cold when I used it. The breakfast was basic but you can have bread, eggs, soup, coffee and tea.

Had enjoy my stay. The corn soup from the machine in the lounge taste good at no charge. Breakfast variety is good.

Really close to the station, staff are friendly and accommodating! Accidentally booked a smoking room but they changed it without any issues. Great complimentary breakfast too!

I was delighted to discover, when I arrived in Hiroshima, that the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the Central Station. This meant it was easy to access not only the trains, but also the three alternative loop buses available for tourists in Hiroshima. There was also a good range of reasonably priced restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel itself was very good, with rooms that were a reasonable size, given that Japanese hotel rooms are often very compact. Breakfast was buffet style, with a reasonable selection, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities good.

Room is very small. Breakfast included - very nice! Also there is a 24/7 drinks and soup bar for the hotel guests. Also very nice.

Hotel is 5 minutes from Station and street cars so fairly convenient.King size bed which was good but hard against wall which made getting out for the person against the wall difficult when other person still in bed. It is a small room so little room for storage or anything else because of the bed size so everything had to be done whilst sitting on the bed. Superfluous small sink in bedroom for filling up kettle but would have been better with more shelf room.Free Coffee and soup all day in reception area and free WiFi in bedroom.

This hotel surprised us on the upside. Fabulous location, petite beautiful and functional room and amazing bathroom. Lovely, plentiful Japanese style breakfast. staff most welcoming and helpful. All in all, a surprisingly great experience. No hesitation recommending.

The staff at front desk doesn't understand English. The room is very small, very very small, even for my petite size.Otherwise, my stay is OK.
