It was just OK. We got a king suite and the sofa was stained up on the cushions. When we sat down, we sunk into the couch. One TV didn’t work, so I had to in all the wires and lift up the box in the back to get a picture, but it didn’t stay. There was on the floor. We went down for breakfast, and there was no coffee at 8 AM. We waited for the staff to go and get more but had to leave so never saw any more coffee coming out. It seemed a little rundown and dirty overall. I will not be coming back to stay .

It was a quick stay for a turn around trip for a friends wedding. It was clean enough, safe and mostly accessible. Some of the parking lot construction around the area made it confusing to get into the lot. The AC worked just fine and the shower wasn’t bad. It wasn’t anything exceptional but it was a pleasant, exactly what you would expect from a La Quinta. I would return here next time I visit my friend!

We had a wedding in the area and decided to stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. No surprises, nice stay.

Our room a/c kept going off. The walls pretty thin. The room next to ours had their tv up so loud. I slept horrible because of those things. There was only 1 working elevator that was so slow for only 4 floors. Sorry but won’t be staying there again.

Had a very strong smell of cleaning products almost overwhelming. Has family emergency and had to check out less than 3 hours after arriving and was not given any option but paying full price for the room andeven mentioning the cleaning smell. Also now have to wait for $50 extra for incidentals to be returned

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk came and sprayed some room deodorizing that helped for a few minutes. The smell was awful and gave me a headache. The smoke detector and ac wall unit were both heavily nicotine stained. Luckily it was just one night because I would have refused a second night.

The area was very convenient for me. It has alot of stores and restaurants around that was a short drive which was a plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only down side I would like to address is the smell of the room when you walk in.

When we checked in it smelled fine. We got back late that night after an event and the carpet felt wet and had a mold smell. We found an air purifier on the desk but that didn't help much. The bathroom floor was also dirty.

The water pressure in room 303 did not work well. Unfortunately we were told it couldn't be worked on until Monday, if that was true.
That should've been part of their precheck prior to charging that room.

The hotel management doesn’t work on weekends. We were charged two nights of pet fee and we were asking a refund for 1 night because I put my dog to stay the second day at PetSmart . The front desk person said he couldn’t refund the money and would not issued a note to say my dog stayed one night. He just said nothing he could do and asked me call back during weekday. I called Monday and was told Manager would be available in afternoon around 4pm. The gentleman said to wait 3-7 business day. The pet fee and incident fee will be refunded back. It’s more than 5 business days and my credit card has shown no refund. Other hotel stays were quick to refund! It’s very frustrating to be in this situation!

Love this place my 2nd night stay this month they will take a cash deposit instead of tying up money for a week on my credit card waiting on it to be returned!
Breakfast is good they have great biscuits with gravy.
I will be a frequent guest at this establishment.
I couldn’t give five stars because the ac compressor was noisy for about a min when it kicked in so had trouble falling asleep
All in all im happy and will be back regularly
