Was able to arrange taxi transfer with hotel before hand. That was fantastic. On arrival to the hotel we had a wonderful welcome and complimentary drinks. We were early but our room was ready. Room was perfect, modern clean great facilities. Only thing the room was very warm even with aircon. Breakfast was amazing such a choice and agin staff so helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect. Added bonus of the hanging man & lady artwork right outside the hotel. Would definitely be recommending this fabulous hotel.

Love everything about this hotel. Beautiful decore and ambiance. Welcome prosecco was a bonus. 20 minutes walk to Charles bridge. Near so many cafés and restaurants. Polite, nice and professional staff. We will come back to this hotel agian.

Husband and I stayed here last week. We both enjoyed our time in this pretty boutique hotel. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the coffee machine and daily water and the enormous shower with excellent toiletries. We had breakfast included which was delicious, plentiful and lots of choice. The Cafe/bar is a lovely relaxed delightful furnished area. Staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient! Yes I’d recommend this hotel and I’d stay again! Thank you for making our stay a happy one.

Great location. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Polite, friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Attractive public spaces, good breakfast and an excellent Asian restaurant. Location was conveniently close to the old town but not crowded during our stay in September.

I really had a good time staying at the hotel
Amazing location near to all the famous and historical sights, breakfast is good so many options to choose from, quiet area and nice view, the staff was really kind and helpful , clean rooms but i think you have to ask them to change sheets every time they clean ur room but overall i will definitely come back to this Hotel , and yes they have a hidden garden you definitely need to sit there and have a coffee+ the sauna is definitely a must do there .

Beautiful hotel in the new town in Prague. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable with blackout blinds made for a great nights sleep. We've been to prague before so it was good to stay in a different area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Couldn't recommend it enough

Really enjoyed our stay. An easy walk along the river to the main attractions. A good local patisserie, restaurants and cocktail bars nearby. The room was fantastic and was great value. We would stay again.

Wonderful place and staff, also special thank you to Petra who was of great assistance when the journey there was delayed for some of our party. Such a welcoming atmosphere and even a fun area to play a board game, highly recommend.

I have stayed at Mosaic Design House a couple of times and never had an issue until now. I was charged for something i did not eat from the mini bar and was asked twice: are u sure? Why would i lie about eating $3 chips? I feel insulted that you even question me after telling u i have no idea why you’re charging me something i did not eat.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. I did get woken up in the morning from the cleaning crews. They were loud and (not talking) but the way they walked around and cleaned was very loud.

Hotel was excellent. Definitely recommend for any travelers! They do not have room service or laundry but they let you take food from the cafe up to your room and there is a dry cleaners right around the street corner.

Amazing hotel and outstanding staff! We can absolutely recommend staying at the Mosaic Design Hotel and loved the time we stayed there. The staff was extremely attentive and kind and the rooms are beautiful and super spacious.
