Roomy, nice view, personal pool but limited food options at hotel restaurant, no snacks in snack bar, far from city. Wifi was intermittent, TV connection went in and out, A/C dripped directly on top of TV, daily room cleaning was subpar.

We stayed in a beachfront unit. Location was beautiful. Gorgeous beach. Private pool, grounds, beach, housecleaning were always kept tidy and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Daily laundry available. The buildings themselves looked tired and need an upgrade. Not all interior and exterior lighting was functional. Bathrooms would benefit from a fresh reno. No pots and pans or coffee pot in kitchen. Bring groceries if you intend to use this area. No local mini mart. 3 cats allowed to roam the restaurant. Vietnamese breakfast provided had variety each morning. Great selection of juices. Free shuttle to mall and beach. Leaves at 10am. Pick up at 3pm.

Great location with the most relaxing of settings. We visited as the end destination for our three week travelling around Vietnam and it didn’t disappoint. The most relaxing way to end our trip

The resort had a really nice view! But the villa itself was a little outdated and the bathroom/toilet were old. The kitchen did not come with pots and pans, I was told we needed to rent them with a fee. I asked about fishing (ones if the reasons I picked this place for my dad), I was told they don’t do that there. I ended up cutting my trip short and left a day early.

Perfect location and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our happiness vacation and toilet needs improve modern style.

If you don’t want to be disturbed and a quiet place, this is a good choice. Breakfast is simple, resort has private beach which is value added. But Resort & Spa Hotel doesn’t have Spa.

An excellent place to escape and feel like you are on deserted Island. The Villas are well furnished and very comfortable. The food on site is great. Grab a bike and go around this Working Island (this is not a resort island) and mingle with the locals and see the life - it’s great. Caroline and her team are great hosts without being omnipresent. Excellent Adventure 😍

The beach resort was simply stunning and looked exactly like the pictures. It was quiet and a real tranquil location which was what we wanted. However the staff spoke very little English and on arrival we were simply given the key and told nothing about the facilities. When we did ask for advice concerning local places or activities we were actually given incorrect advice which was inconvenient. The food was terrible and there was no alternative in the immediate area. We ended up getting taxis in the evening eat elaswhwere( Danang). Even the breakfast was poor.The villa had a nice kitchen but very few cooking utensils if you wanted to eat in. I would not recommend this hotel but I would highly recommend visiting the beautiful beach.

What a miserable experience we had with this hotel. It was so bad we left our booking after one night when we were booked for 5 nights. Reading the reviews before hand we thought that the hotel was just a little dated, which would have been totally fine with us. The reality was much worse, there is little to no upkeep of their facilities. Upon arrival our check in process was very confusing and we went to our room not understanding anything about the hotel. In the room one of the air conditioners did not work at all, there were stains on the furniture, soap scum in the only bathtub/shower which also barely drained at all so all showers were in ankle/shin deep water. We complained a lot and were eventually moved to another room which had very similar problems. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, which was what appealed to us initially, but the food and service were miserable and extremely overpriced. Our only dinner there was very bad and tried to send one soup back, the response was maybe you just dont like Vietnamese food, you order you pay.. The menus were so gross that you felt like you need to wash your hands after handling them. The following morning buffet was terrible and the last straw for me was the disgusting coffee pot, if they dont care enough to wash their coffee pots that everyone sees then you can only imagine the conditions of the kitchen. Everyone needs to drink water in that heat and If you want water it is very expensive.

First of all, there are so many people smoked around especially in small resort restaurant.Breakfast menu was so so terrible and lots people smoked in side restaurant.Except 1-2 staff, other staffs cannot speak english, so almost impossible to communicated.Also one of shower room was choked since day 1, and overflew waterer whenever we use other shower room.(terrible smell and very dirty overflew water...) Even asked to clean and fix, staff just pour out water from the shower room to bath tub which is located just near... So terrible. Worst thing, after they said it was fixed, I took shower in the other room, but water overflew again with terrible smell.Actually I booked 5 nights but I checked out after 2 days and went to other other hotel even I cannot get any refund from them(my reservation is non refundable book). But we cannot endure anymore and stay any more.. I never regret to move out event no refund and Im sure that is the my best choice during we stay in Da Nang... So bed memory in Son Tra.

Amazing location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Private beach and pool were fantastic. Villas are spacious but outdated, maintenance and cleanliness could definitely improve. Reception staff seemed uninterested, but restaurant staff were always a delight. Restaurant food is very nice, but expensive by local standards.

Beautiful location a 15 min drive north of the action in Da Nang on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Friendly service, great food at the restaurant and lovely comfortable accommodation. Great for families and those looking for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle, but still a cheap taxi ride away.

A fantastic location a few kilometers outside of Da Nang. The villas are spacious and great for couples. Many families stay at this location as well. The resort is quiet and peaceful. The included breakfast buffet offers many choices.

We stayed as a family group - at the end of our visit to Vietnam. Whilst this is basic and simple it was also unspoilt and genuine place to stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful and despite being a rather tired property - the beach houses were enormous and the location pretty special right on the beach. It was really quiet and the food was great although the breakfast was pretty odd but that was all part of its charm! Cheap too.......

Restaurant service a little slow and villas in need of some TLC as they are looking tired. Beautiful beach and location. Overall it was ok but I would choose a different hotel next time.

Friendly staff albeit that the English language was a little challenging, but very willing to help!Will recommend this to anyone looking for quiet, retreat and spa/massage.

Overall a nice stay. Staff tried their best to be helpful but English level is limited. Room keeping was funny, all towels in my bathroom were gone. Wanted to cook since there was a nice kitchen but no cooking utensils is provided. Who would bring a wok or pot to hotels? Beach was excellent.

Great place to get away from the city and relax in silence. Restaurant was awesome but it is the only choice. Free shuttle runs to the market and there are great kitchens. Isolated location, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors moved out because there was not enough for the kids. Pay the extra for one on the beach, it is worth it!

A great place to just relax and enjoy the beach and the private pool wich is right out your unit, the restaraunt is good and staff are very helpfull.
