Nice, clean and Comfortable. Amazing breakfast place called Two Chicks onsite. Wonderful.

Unexpected! Room was large and clean. Check in was easy. Everyone at front desk was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay at any Aiden property again, especially for the price.

Shout out to Ezra who showed us to our room, confusing even and odd room numbers. Also cleaned our floor as it was a bit dirty. He was polite and quick to service us.

This hotel is a clean, comfortable, safe location to stay. The front desk staff is amazing!! The staff at front desk are friendly, knowledgeable of the area and willing to help in anyway they can.. This is my 3rd stay here when in the area for business and I will stay here again when in the area. They have a very nice area around the pool with some games, lots of tables and chairs right outside pool area to sit and enjoy the outside.

Great staff, nice room. The only downside was homeless out on the street were SO loud after dark, you could hear them from the room.

The site has recently been refreshed, and it all new lovely and clean! The staff were lovely and the restaurant onsite - Two Chicks was really good too.

On our first night at the hotel, I noticed that there’s a half inch gap of opening at the bottom of the door and the bottom sill. Because light from the outside is shining through the bottom of the door. The first day was fine but, on the second day, I have insect bites on both my legs and there’s a mosquito happily flying around. Other than that, our stay at the hotel is simply wonderful.

This was my first stay at an Aiden hotel and I really liked it!! Usually Best Westerns can be hit or miss for me. But this was a great experience! First, the staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly. All the first floor rooms were taken, but they gave me a room near a stairwell which made it easier for me to transport my stuff while also holding my dog. The facility had its own dog area, which was a plus! (There were still droppings in that area which isn’t the fault of the hotel but guests who don’t clean up after their pet. They supply bags and a place to discard). One of the best things was the layout of the room. Usually the bathroom areas have very little counter space. But I liked how there was a 2 tiered platform for luggage right next to the vanity. It made it so much easier to have access to my things, especially for a 1 night stay. The decor was very modern and open. There was an issue with the TV not working at first but the front desk helped me to troubleshoot. Would definitely stay here again.

Room smelled and did not feel safe

We spent 2 nights at the end of a 2 week road-trip. This was our favorite stay out of 12 other lodgings. We felt the staff was courteous and helpful with what felt was sincere wishes to improve our stay as to the best their ability. The style of the rooms and convenient layout of the facility was much to our aesthetic appeal.

The property is an old two-story motel building that was completely gutted and re-done. They did a fabulous job with this, everything is brand-new. The pool and outdoor patio area looked amazing, although we did not use this amenity. There is a small (unfenced) dog park area adjacent to the back parking lot, which was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our room and our stay at Aiden. The only suggested improvement to the room would be to change the brightness of the lights in the room. Even with all of the lights in the room turned on, the room needed more lighting.

We were pleasantly surprised by this whole property! The rooms were spacious and clean and modern! The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice! The girls at the front desk were very nice! The entire property was well cared for, clean and beautiful! The pool and outdoor area were awesome with fire pit tables and yard games for the kids! The location was great and close to lots of shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed breakfast onsite at Two chicks! We will definitely be back

Quick one night stay - check-in was quick, polite and easy/ Room was nice - only thing no sugar/creamer. But hay can't hurt to have black coffee once in awhile. Front Desk Clerk gave several great recommendations for a quick late (9pm) dinner.

Check in was fast and the room was very nice. (Seemed to be somewhat recently renovated.) Bonus, the ice machine was nearby. We had no problems with our stay and would highly recommend!

*Extremely poor lighting in the room, low wattage of light bulbs are not sufficient to provide enough light. *Hotel lobby does not provide coffee to patrons, only tea. Daily housekeeping services and daily fresh towels were not available during the entire 3 noght stay.

Super stylish and extremely clean. So cozy and quiet with everything you could possibly need. I was so impressed with this hotel.

I had a very nice day here. The staff was great and they allowed me to check out an hour later and I really appreciate that! The room was very clean and tidy. I’ll stay here again!

For the most part it was good. The area next to the hotel by the bank is somewhat open, so you can hear when people park there and play loud music. Fairly clean but not enough soap or shampoo provided in room, have to go to lobby to pick up. The receptionists were really nice when checking in.

We were under mandatory evacuation due to wildfire and they totally relieved us of stress once we checked in.

This would be an excellent place if they’d get serious about preventing guests from smoking weed.

I only stayed a few hours because of the smoke from the huge Davis Creek fire. So I left about 6 to escape the smoke and to let an evacuated family have my room. Still it is a lovely room and was used by two separate customers the same day. One day I’ll be back to stay there again. Yes I was charged for a full stay but that’s your prerogative even though you made double in the room.

Very good staff, clean rooms and the best breakfast included. Only downside amd common in lots of hotels was the floor was not as clean as it looked as my white socks turned nrown.

I actually didn't have the experience to stay. The area was under evacuation due to a wild fire.

My friend and our 4 kids loved this property and the rooms! The location is great too! Our only complaint was that some druggies use the pool/game courtyard as a pass through! As we were watching our kids play for an hour, a few different sketchy people came walking through the east breezeway and exiting out of the northwest breezeway.

Check in was fast. My key didnt work but staff brought me one very quickly after i called. The room was nice, i chose facing parking lot only to keep a watch on my old car through the night. No problems there. My room was clean except the desk chair had some type of debris on it. Before i checked out, i cleaned it off with one of the towels. It may have been crumbs, but it was from top to bottom, so that means when the room was cleaned the chair was ignored. I felt safe at this location and slept very well. I would prefer an outlet more convenient for cpaps. I had to move the mattress and plug in behind the bed. There are lots of options to plug in phones via usb. The refrigerator and microwave were great. I had no use for the coffee machine as i dont drink coffee. Too bad green tea or hot chocolate wasn't an option. Staff were pleasant and the pool looked clean and the area was peaceful. The restaurant was ok. I ate there once.
