Comfortable, location and great breakfast.
Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

Walking distance from Iguatemi shopping center, with supermarket and good restaurants.

Spacey room with comfort utilities, great bed, good shower. Breakfast was simple but offering all key ingredientes with excellent quality. Friendly staff, good garage allowing self parking.

It was ok!! But the service was not great. Breakfast was also acceptable however, we only had 20 min to have it and were pushed to go quicker due to a lot of people waiting.

The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and are very accommodating to the best of their abilities! I even forgot my adaptor for using US electronics at home and they lent me one held by the hotel for this very reason.

The hotel is right next the mall which is nice but the hotel itself is pretty dated. There is really no lobby to speak of. The rooms are sparse and the décor is older but they are clean. The breakfast offered is not impressive.

Everyone at TransAmerica were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and he beds are comfortable. The hotel is very close to iguatemi mall, which is a beautiful place to shop and eat. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. Overall I highly recommend TransAmerica.

Cost benefit not worth it: very expensive for small, uncomfortable room. The air conditioning noise level is almost impossible to deal with.

We stayed here for XMas, as its close to a nearby village where we wre visiting family . Excellent stay for a reasonable price .

The hotel and staff were great. As an American though, I wish there was more options for American TV. But it is Brazil, so I can't complain too much.
Overall the value was very good and the food at the restaurant was great.

Sorocaba has not much to offer in terms of Hotels, however this is a decent Hotel.

Clean and well run with a responsive staff. Next door to a large mall with food close by, although nothing fancy.I would stay here again and recommend it.Seemed to be mostly a business clientele.

Hotel was good, it's a bit far from any resturants, but Sorocaba is quite disperse anyway, so you need a car/taxi to get anywhere. Staff were helpful

The hotel was very satisfactory in every way. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the access in and out. The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall and at certain times of the day getting in and out was a little difficult. Overall I would highly recommend the Transamerica Executive - The First.
