The reception was lovely and the room had everything I needed, including the BEST shower ever. Good location - close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Roomy delightful room looking out from second floor. No toaster in kitchen area. Car park brighter lights too bright that stayed on all night and not dimmed. Windows were not able to open very far!

Friendly helpful staff and a beautiful area. Room was ok but a lot of dust on the floor. Bathroom design meant shower door crashed into sink.

Very nice quaint motel. Rooms were great and nothing to complain about.
There didn't seem to be enough parking space and the available ones were tight or impossible to get into with another car next to them, I had to park down the road on the second night.

The stay was comfortable for the price we paid. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities. The tv was basic not a smart one to watch Netflix and all. Location is great everything is walking distance. Overall value for money and clean place.

It was a great place to stay as it is in a convenient position, walking distance from the Railway Station and Echo Point. Near a bus stop if necessary. It's also very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Our room and bedding was warm and cosy and we had a convenient kitchenette.

It is a heritage building so she is an old girl with creaky bones but is part of the history and landscape of Katoomba. Excellent location right in town. Walk from train. Walk to tourist sites. We had late check in and it was very easy. Upkeep of an old building is ongoing and painters were refreshing the common areas while we were there. We loved our quiet midweek stay. We stayed in room 9 up 2 flights of stairs, the room was huge, light and airy! It had air conditioning heating and a king sized comfy bed. I would take out the spa in the bathroom as it is difficult and a bit dangerous to climb into for a shower and would save water. There was a bottle of wine left for us to toast our stay.

Very convenient with shops & restaurants less than 5 minutes walk. Laundromat across the road too. Room was very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to my friends & family.

The Property was very run down and needs some love put back into it.
Our room looked out on the carpark so a very bright lights at night that don't turn off.
We have stayed in better condition accommodation in Bali so for the price we paid I was disappointed in the room, the location was great, Bed was comfortable.

Serious trip hazard within bedroom ,as there is a step down at the end of the bed ,which is extremely uncommon. Beware, leave a chair at the end of the bed to remind you in the middle of the night.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is in the center of Katoomba and very close to the scenic areas.
If you arrive late, you need to contact the hotel in advance to get your code for the key box. We forgot this, but were able to call the hotel to get the code.

Really nice. shower gel in the bath wasnt refilled but not a big deal. Faint smell near toilet but not too bad. overall good. will definitely come back.

Decided to go away for the night, picked this motel because it is close to everything, plus you can get a good buffet breakfast down at the metropole on gang gang st for $15 bargain. Good size room with spa bath, but some of the jets were not working, plus the size of the room you get a little tv,the place is also quiet, have stayed once before.

Reception closed at 5 pm, and most of the lights did not work in the room. The bedside lamp did not work. Will never stay there again. I was put in an upstairs room that was difficult for me to navigate the stairs. No lift.

A little cozy country room. It is located conveniently for everything you can think. walking, stores, restaurants, and bus and train stops. We enjoyed our stay.

motel offered a clean room. comfortable bed. and hot shower with excellent water pressure at a good price..only downside on my room was that the room door did not lock behind me and i had to use the key to lock it.

Great location budget motel in centre of Katoomba. Close to all shops and attractions. Chip wrapper under bed, so obviously cleaning not thorough. Noise comes throught from other rooms.
