Beautiful hotel centrally located at the train station and the shopping center which gave us a wide range of choices for places to eat and shop when it was really windy and rainy outside. The concierge staff here was the absolute best so if you stay here do not hesitate to reach out to Yuki and Yukiko for absolutely anything you need. They helped us with reservations, transportation, suggestions, a private onsen booking, and more and always greeted us when we passed through the lobby. The trip to Sapporo was so smooth thanks to them and we will definitely be back

Great place

The Nikko hotel chain is legendary. The service is impeccable. Everything about this hotel is 6-star - from the wlecome to the final goodbyes. We had our laundry washed in express time. The buffet breakfast is off the scale - Ainu soup, waffle croissants, fresh mango - more than 100 dishes - and views from the 35th floor over Sapporo and beyond. You could not provide a better service than this.

Friendly clean very convenient location

Everything was great, but my mother-in-law had an allergy to dust, and she kept coughing, which meant that the room was not clean enough. However, if you do not have those levels of sensitivity, the room will be clean enough. Staff members, especially at the front desk, were really kind and helpful. I like the location of the hotel. We can walk to the shopping center without going outside.

Great location. At the JR station so very convenient. Staff was amazing and very helpful during our entire stay. Spa had many different temperature onsens and a good sauna room. Definitely spend some time getting to know your way around the JR station because it can be quite a maze. From the hotel, take the parking elevator to the 6th floor for dining floor. Lots of restaurant options! Airport shuttle bus is across the street from the hotel, take exit #3, walk up the stairs and then make a left for airport shuttle bus. Rapid airport train is on the JR platform, buy ticket at the ticket office (1400 yen) and enter the gates across from the ticket office. There are elevators and escalators to the train platform. Trains every 7-15 mins.

JR Tower is always my top pick in Sapporo. It's right next to the Sapporo station and there are so many shops and restaurants in the area.

Nice property with easy access from New Chitose Airport. Take the train into Sapporo and it’s just a couple minutes to the hotel.

Only 1 complaint is related to toilet smell.

The area is convenient for travelers

Spa was relaxing. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very courteous. My only problem was getting to my room with two suitcase alone. Should have asked for help as I was exhausted with my experience at Haneda airport.

The service for this property was outstanding! All of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and were very helpful even as we left. The room was beautiful, and comfortable. We will certainly stay again! They were also a phenomenal help to our guests who met with us the next morning in the lobby.

Experience in this hotel is considered very valuable

The entire staff made us feel welcomed. They were all very helpful. We don not speak Japanese. They helped us make a few restaurant reservations. No complain. Maybe just slightly with the parking. The garage was a bit difficult to navigate. Tight ramps. Small spaces.

Great location above the main station. Walk to all the great neighborhoods and restaurants. Odori Park was great and the shopping mall had a lot of shops and izakayas for a quick bite and beer

We have stayed in the Hotel Nikko Sapporo before and whenever we go to Sapporo, that is where we stay. It is in a perfect location, the hotel is great, but the Staff makes each stay wonderful. Management should be very, very proud of the Nikko Sapporo staff personnel, from the lobby all the way to the 36th floor.
