The staff was very friendly at check in and they helped us find some gluten free restaurants for my wife. We were happy with our stay and would go back again.

The staff and service were very poor and not very help full at all. In terms of covering the HIE support I did not receive any help as a HIE member.

I absolutely love staying here ! I love the staff and the housekeeping everyone there always has a smile on their face . First place I've stayed in a long time that didn't make me feel out of place .

I was disappointed. Called the front desk before reserving to check on the poor, I was told it was all functioning, they didn't bother to tell me that the slide was only open on the weekends. So I booked the room and then found out on arrival about the slide. My kids were so disappointed, the slide was the only reason we booked at this hotel. The showed in our room had someone else's hair stuck to the wall, guess no one bothered to clean our shower. Also the sink in our bathroom hardly drained.

Hot tub was roped off and the water slide supervisor shut the slide down 10 minutes early so he could get to his other job.

The property and room were great. I was on the main floor right next to the front lobby and was worried that it might be noisy. It wasn’t. Did not hear a thing. The breakfast was very good.
My only issue was we had prepaid through Expedia, and they charged me the full rate upon leaving. I did not realize it until I got the international notice from my CC a company. They had a new person training and they made a mistake. However it will cost me more n the end once the conversion takes effect.

Room was great except for no mini fridge. Was disappointed the water slide was only open on the weekend and closed one of those days. Also during three days of our stay, key cards had to be reset to enter room.

The lady working breakfast did a great job keeping up all the waves of people. I loved that she wore gloves and kept everything clean and tidy. So guests are gross!

Standard room didn’t have frig or microwave which was disappointing. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathtub bottom was too smooth and was super slippery when taking shower. Kid, adult and older guest all had trouble so that was not safe.

Hotel was clean and rooms were good. Only downfall was we booked this hotel because of the pool and slide for the kids. Pool is very cold and the slide is only open on Friday sat and sun. If we would have known that we may have booked elsewhere

Very fun stay we traveled there for my two year olds birthday weekend so she could have fun at the pool and slide! The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean and accommodating and the breakfast was great! My daughter enjoyed the hippo slide she was too little to enjoy the big slide.

Bad experience our didn't look clean one of the beds was not done and the response we got that housekeeping was not available. We were not able to sleep due to the massive noiae coming from thw room above. Definitely not going back.

We booked this property because we were traveling with our kiddos and they had a water slide... Nowhere did it say it was only open on weekends... Disappointed kids... Over priced hotel... Breakfast was good though and staff was nice... Just disappointed in the no slide access

Property was great. EXPEDIA does not clarify that the water slide is only open on weekends. The hotel staff said they’ve been asking Expedia to update their listing for some time.
My last three reservations with Expedia have been terrible experiences and their customer service should be working at McDonald’s

A little pricey but a nice hotel. They only provide fridges and microwaves in the suites, but it wasn’t too much more to upgrade and get those amenities, as we needed them. The pool and waterslide were VERY busy the weekend we were there but I’m assuming it’s not always like that? (However, take note that the waterside is only open evenings and mornings on weekends.) Breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold choices, but also very busy and not enough seating at the time we were there. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet and comfortable. Good location off I15, close to shopping and restaurants and a movie theatre.
