Amazing views, beautiful pools, on the beach. Adequate breakfast with the usual fair, prepped very well. The signage for the hotel location is really hard to see with a 5 min walk to checkin. Was easy for me to get twisted around with all the different footpaths, but people will help when you ask. Typical Thailand, so kind. 🙏🙏

Horrible smell around the property. During the night room smells awful.

Unfortunately not so great… when we got in there were no towels in our room. Every time we called the front desk no one picked up so we had to go find them. First night we got room service and my husband definitely got food poisoning from the chicken wings. We also had to find people to clean our room. However the pool and location was amazing, and really made the transfer from krabi to the hotel seamless.

Property is very dated, the smell of sanitary plumbing is overwhelming, the water in thenshower and hand sink never got hot had to take cold showers, the breakfast was not good the fruit was browned and old.

An amazing hotel right on the beach and convenient location. We stayed in one of the bungalows and we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again!

This place is beautiful! The breakfast was yummy and the location is perfection. We loved our room. It was clean and beautiful!! The pools were wonderful too. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Railay beach. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Obviously, the facility is beautiful and in an amazing setting. I just think there's a better way to get guests there than having to bribe the local boatmen and then have a helpful porter at the pier dash off with your luggage. The lady in our group finally had to sit down and let him go because she couldn't keep up with him or walk anymore in that heat. What is with the beds there? It appeared that I was sleeping on just a box spring and it was super hard. Overall, a beautiful place, just some really odd things that made it hard to give a high rating to.

A bit old and dated , but Clean . The area is amazing

The best thing about this property was its location directly on West Railay beach and its close proximity to the walking street through the village. Also, I highly recommend using the hotel's private shuttle and longtail for transportation, which made our arrival and departure very easy. However, the room is in need of a deep cleaning and the breakfast was just okay.

We had a great stay at Railay Village Resort! Probably one of the top beaches in Thailand right outside the hotel. The pool area was great as well! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Krabi/Railay!

I will say the pools are amazing and it’s worth a stay to see the beach empty in the morning. However the rooms look like they were awesome when they open but haven’t been up kept. Room smelled so musty and moldy we checked out after our first night and went to another hotel for our next. Room took hours to cool off. Shower didn’t drain. Tub smelled like sewege. So if you wanna see the beach stay a night but good luck.

The location was perfect for all activities and the pool was lovely. The cottages were private and quiet.

Very large and comfortable room. Staff is extremely helpful. Perfect location on west beach near walking street, and still very quiet at night.

Staff was off putting, amenities were not refilled entirely, bath water had a rusted smell to it, and the wifi didn't reach our room. All in all, not a deal breaker, but not the best stay.

This property was nice enough. Located on west Railay where there is a sandy beach. They also rented kayaks. Property contacted us about a week before arrival inquiring about whether we wanted airport pick up for extra cost. That was really nice so we didn’t have to worry about figuring that out ourselves since there was a boat involved too. It was also a little over 1km to get from east Railay boat dock and the property and they transported our bags for us. There was a good variety for breakfast every morning. Room was spacious. It did have an AC unit that that you could set to cool the room quickly. It is the tropics so things like roaches and mosquitoes got into the room. We kept our bags zipped up. And after showering in the evening we did have to apply bug spray. Despite this we still got bitten by mosquitoes at night on our arms, hands, and faces. We used picardin but maybe DEET would have been better. Housekeeping did come daily to refresh our towels and wipe away the sand we tracked in. This was super helpful as we were always needing fresh towels. We noticed some units had a drying rack outside but it didn’t seem that we had one. The grounds were nicely landscaped and lush with many plants, some trees were labeled with the name. There were also monkeys, a water monitor, frogs, cats, etc.

Good location! Rooms by pool are nice and secluded from busy Railay Beach area. Good transport from airport and boat. Definitely use this service, if you want a smooth transport.

Hotel location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Sunsets are amazing at the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place, friendly staff, decent breakfast. So many mosquito so there should be a cover over the bed… The rooms truly needs an update and a brush of paint.

Beautiful rooms and gardens. Could use more shaded options around the pool. Restaurant has a beautiful view but is not very popular but the walking st with plenty of good options for meals. Views and location are amazing.

Quaint little beaches and all walkable from each part of the area. It had a small walking street to get all of your food, party, shopping needs but not so big and annoying that you felt like you were in a sea of people.
