Front desk employees were helpful and enjoyed talking to us about our trip in and where we were headed out too. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was good!

Friendly receptionist, and when we had an issue with the TV, the supervisor came to the room to fix it as soon as we got back upstairs. This hotel will definitely be on our list of preferred places to stay.

Room was very clean and beds super comfortable! They had complementary breakfast, but unfortunately, we missed it because we slept in. But there was Ihop next-door we were able to get breakfast at. They had cookies in the afternoon in the lobby, which was also nice.

Room and bathroom was very big.

The room was clean and decent size with a separate seating area. Easy access just off the highway for those needing a quick stop to sleep.

Meh. For the price, it was good. It looks good on the surface, but doesn't feel high quality. It was very difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel to start with, though we could see it, because there's no clear entrance. We had to go through some other parking lots for neighboring businesses to find an entry to their parking lot. Then, the first room we were given had bugs all over 1 bed. Looked like maybe wingless termites (definitely not bed bugs or anything like that). They gave us another room after that which didn't have the bugs. Both rooms smelled musty, though they were clean (other than the bug swarm). The bathroom was nice and had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very casual and in a t-shirt like he just rolled out of bed, and didn't look like he was an employee. Overall it was satisfactory, and probably worth the price since it was lower than the neighboring Holiday Inn Express which is a nicer hotel.

Taylor at the front desk went above and beyond to make our check-in fabulous! She was awesome!

Comfortable and nice. The front desk lady who checked us in was grumpy and unfriendly; she did not see to enjoy working there.

The sheets had stains and so do the sofa sleeper! Stains are unacceptable

We only stayed one night and it was a great experience. Our room and the hotel as a whole was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay again!!

Front desk evening clerk was somewhat friendly, but abrupt and more interested in her friends who were visiting her. Room was comfortable. The bathtub was clogged and didn’t drain. The telephone in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was OK, but the food was clearly average at best.

Rooms were huge and clean. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay.
