Really lovely guest house, comfortable room and great facilities. Owner very helpful and it's close to a co op and Tesco express and the beach is a little walk down the street. Will book here again.

Really enjoyed our stay used as a base for a friends wedding

Location and price was ideal for my needs when I stayed.Room was clean and well equipped with easy access whenever I wanted. Only downside was noise from other guests entering the building as my room was off the ground floor entrance hall.

Our host Sam was amazing. He was very welcoming, very informative & helpful, advising us where we could get takeaways & food from nearby & where we could park. Very clean & comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact the best host I have ever met. Full marks to him & his staff, so much so we rebooked whilst we were there. Definitely recommended.

Nice room,very friendly staff and greeting Very comfortable bed, and very quiet for sleep. Good tv and tea facilities Bathroom down the hall from room was good but next time i would ask for ensuite Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Dave

We had a fantastic two days at Weston-super-Mare. This location was a 5 minute walk from the beach, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants close by. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfortable mattresses as well.

Everything was easy and straight forward

The room was small and view was to laundry room wardrode was a tent 1 and it fell apart in middle of the night as it was broken and stuck together with black duck tape the bed was so uncomfortable but it was very clean overall i enjoyed my stay but would rather abigger room

Very excellent guest house, very clean and friendly environment. Excellent public relations with customer’s services.

We stayed in a double ensuite room, the room was clean and tidy, perfect for what we needed. Keyless entry is really good, and not having to check in at a certain time really helpful, as you get emailed your own code to use. Only two things i would say is the bed was well comfy but squeaky , and the shower pressure was sometimes poor but overall an excellant stay, the place was quiet. Parking- you can park out the front on the street between 6pm-9am, we was lucky to get a space on the side street 30 second walk away for the whole weekend however there is parking on sea front which is a 5minute walk for £10 for the day .i would definitely recommend and return. Thank you

The guest rooms are excellent for the money you pay to top that off the staff are supper friendly . The location of the guest house is excellent beachfront is no longer then 5 mins walking food is close by theres also 2 shops very local ( Tesco Express) ( Co-op )..

Lot of noise from room next door. Sounded like ambulance service. No sound proofing at all. Had a guest walk into our room!
