What I didn't like was that there is a parking fee of €15 per day that is not known at the time of booking. Almost 15% of the room rate.

The sound proof is not that great , you can hear people talk on the hallway or the toliet flush next door.

The hotel is doing reconstruction now. It is good for business stay. So quite at night time. Kind of far from shopping area, taxi is the only way to get access to commerical /recreation spots.

My husband and I stayed one night and went to the spa for swimming and the hot tub, saunas. We were the only ones there, all was great. Room was comfortable and quiet. Price of room included breakfast which was also very good with eggs and bacon cooked to order, typical yogurt, fruit and breads offered as well. Would stay there again.

Excellent, friendly, practical......

I was given a very cold room (probably the windows were opened the whole day), i'm Russian and i'm very resistant for low temperatures, but i had to ask my colleagues to bring an electric heater (fortunately he lives nearby and was available to help me) and to sleep in my clothes because the bed was also very cold. As for the bed itself, it was not actually a bed, but 2 joint smaller beds that had slightly different height which formed an edge in the middle and caused discomfort. The room was very noisy. I have an app that measures noise (we have strict rules for noise in the office back in Moscow, standard for intellectual activity like software programming is a level less than 45dB), the room was ~60dB which is equivalent of a street with some traffic. WiFi signal was very close to nothing and the connection constantly broke. Right after the check-in in the evening i gave my laundry and i was assured it will be take care of, but in the morning at the reception they said it wasn't taken. I asked for something to file a complaint (i believe it's mandatory to have some kind of a journal that must be presented upon request), but i was told that i can only leave a complaint verbally or via email [email protected] I emailed this complaint to the hotel manager and they replied the next day with apologies and a full refund offer, saying that this room is for staff members, not for guests and I was given it by mistake.

Only stayed one night, check-in was professional but very slow (only one staff member on reception/bar/other) so long wait. Room (Exec. room) was small but very nice and clean and modern. Nice bar but again long wait for service. Everything was add-on cost (parking, breakfast, the tonic in a G&T, etc.) Despite being a "five star hotel" and the room guide stating "24-hour room service", room service actually stops at 10.00 pm - thanks very much!

I chose this hotel as it was the closest to the location that I was attending for a 2 day business meeting. I was only in the hotel at night (for 2 nights) and didn't have time to make use of the hotels facilities such as the gym so I can't comment on this aspect. The hotel was very relaxing and after arriving at the hotel late in the afternoon, I made use of the hotel's room service to have a meal. I had a lovely hot bath and relaxed watching TV in bed. The breakfast is served towards the back of the adjoining restaurant and the buffet was very extensive and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

During our stay, they were making a new terrace, expanding the spa, constructing a staircase in the restaurant and doing renovations in the rooms. As a result you were staying at a construction site. Drilling from early in the morning until beginning of the evening. Not possible to sleep in and not a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, they do everything at the same time and not project after project, with as result less inconvenience. Without a doubt a nice hotel, but not during these projects going on. So I do not advise to stay here. Expedia should have warned us for this. Furthermore, not good for business meetings, more a leisure hotel

Located near the Hague, the hotel seemed to have a 1:1 staff ratio. Its main business seems to be the spa, which was not very busy (2 people that I saw) during the week day. It has a very open courtyard and an interesting restaurant on the grounds. If you are driving a car this is a good place to stay. It didn't appear there was much within walking distance, although a near by train and generally good public transportation in the area might connect the hotel to nearby areas not within walking distance. There were very few rooms, it seemed to be more of a restaurant and spa location then a hotel per se. A good place for couples.

Excellent hotel, great service and comfortable room. Certainly a place that I would like to book again.

Great hotel - rooms are modern and v.comfortable. We chose this hotel primarily because of the spa (we ran the Haag half marathon)- and was impressed by the facilities. Breakfast was excellent too. Only downside is that it is a little out of town - €15-20 taxi into the city centre or a 15 min tram ride.

I made a mistake, but instead of finding a way to help and solve it, they tried very hard to prove me that I was wrong, the fact that I already admitted... Extremely friendly staff gave me a long and exhaustive lecture on the rules of the hotel instead of coming up with a solution that would not require waking up and moving my kids at 12am while we had to drive to school and get up at 6 in the morning... Until the very helpful owner was called in and solved it in 10 seconds. Good luck or ask for the owner to come first!
