Pool was too cold to swim in, man at front desk was like a prison guard over the pool area. No food or drinks, we just wanted a family visit, granparents, grandkids and we felt harassed. The breakfast, alot of regular items were out of stock. Just very disappointing for this 56 year old grandma

The property has had recent upgrades and improvements and was very convenient to the things I needed to do in Bismarck. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly front desk staff, room was clean, hot tub relaxing, liked that the pool wasn't to deep so my not super strong swimmer could still jump in but also practice some swimming.

I was disappointed. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. There was a used candy wrapper on my nightstand. The toilet flush hamd didnt work and had to be manually adjusted in order to stop continuously running. There was some sort of machine running on the other side of the wall to my room continuously, 24/7.

My family and I went with the queen deluxe suite since it was my 3 kids and husband and i .the room was really big. 2 queens and a pull out couch. 2 tvs. The pool had to be the best part though. Love that my kids felt safe in the kids pool because it was 1ft of water. But still was able to have fun.

Th breakfast was disappointing. There was no plates, no regular syrup for the waffles, the serving counter was dirty with food spilled all over it. The staff seemed overwhelmed but was trying very hard.

I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer. Almost 3 weeks later and the deposit hasn’t been refunded. I prepaid through Expedia and provided a card for the deposit at check in. I spoke with Expedia and message the Hotel directly on their Text service. I got a “ Let me check on that charge for you and get back to you. I'll message you here once I find out.” It’s been a week since and nothing.

Everything was great except Breakfast. The first morning when we came down there was hardly any food out. The 2 girls in the back in charge of the food were laughing and dancing in the back not really concerned about making sure the food was full for the customers. They had to be told there was no food. The second morning was somewhat better. The juice machine was broken both days. Other than the breakfast the front desk was amazing, room was super clean and comfy.

The pool was nice & warm. The pool has a separate shallow area for little kids. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice & helpful. I checked in ahead of time and really liked that option. It makes it faster when you get there. I also like the emails and texts from the hotel to welcome you.

It was a comfortable room, good breakfast, and excellent pool for the kids- warm as a bath and with some fun features! This was the perfect break during our long roadtrip.

Day one asked for the toilet seat to be tightened down cause it shifted from side to side it never got done in 2 nights that we were there

The staff were great but that’s about as far as it goes. The hot tub was yellowish-brown and smelt really badly. While they say they just finished a renovation, it was pretty small. New carpet and fresh paint, but still very dated. The breakfast was absolutely terrible each of the three mornings we went. The location was good, easy to get around to almost anything.

Great stay, great breakfast! Asked to have beers and trash taken out while we were out for the day and returned late at night and nothing was done. They said the housekeepers didn't show up that day.

We booked this very last minute as our vehicle had broken down while passing through. We showed up with nothing and the nice lady checking us in gave us planets of soap and toothbrushes, toothpaste. We appreciated the little things as we had nothing. The room was adequate for our family of 5. We breakfast was good as well.

Key cards don’t work, let’s change rooms great we get to move rooms and floors

Phones in room don’t work, manager doesn’t know how they work
Don’t ask too many questions you will be told to leave and find another hotel and you won’t get a refund. When you ask to speak to a manager he loses it. Needs customer service training, anger management training and some help

Justin an inexperienced manager needs to be edcuated in hospitality. I had exteneded my stay online and when I went to front desk I asked if I could get room service after a 3 day stay or if I should check out and check back in and was told house keeping would not be a problem. When I got to my room after work my room was not cleaned. When I asked to be transfered to a clean room JUSTIN UNEDUCATED and INEXPERIENCED manager said that not getting houskeeping is not a reason to move me to a clean room and that I would have to wait until the next day and he proceeded to make a scene with a lobby full of guests so I asked for clean bedding, towels and clean trash bins and let him know I would take care of cleaning my room and he told me that the dirty sheets and trash can be left in the hallway as all guest do this, as a traveler for most of my adult life I knew I was dealing with an uneducated and individual. He became angered when I would not follow him away from his full lobby for it seems he now needed to speak to me in priviate which i refused and he decided he had the power to cancel my reservation and proceeded to threaten to call the police to escort me out which I told him I would welcome a police escort so that I could get a police report but the police never came. I contacted Wynham while I waited for police and shared what I was going through at this property and stillI waiting on the outcome. Please reconsider your choice this is not a professionally ran property

The toilet seat was coming loose in my room 308. I did mention it on check out and the counter gal immediately wrote it down...so hopefully maintenance was just as quick repairing it. Both check in gal and check out gal were friendly and efficient! Nice hot tub and the kids looked like they were having a good time in both pools.

The front desk was not helpful or accommodating, rude and not welcoming. We love La Quinta’s and try to stay at one any time we travel. We were disappointed at this location. It’s as if upper management doesn’t care about this location and leaves it up to management and staff - who are extremely unprofessional. Any time I needed help, I needed to wait for someone to walk in from their smoke break.

Sadly didn’t get my vote. The card keys stopped working twice. The breakfast buffet ran out of regular coffee twice. We asked our room to be cleaned at the front desk. Went back a second time and no one was at the front desk. After the fourth day I physically found a maid and asked her to clean our room. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and rattled every time you turned the light on. The property was clean but needs a lot of work in the customer service area.

Our stay was very comfortable. I was able to sleep through the night which is always difficult in a different place. There was a pull out couch in our room so we all had our own bed to sleep on. I would stay again.
