Very unique, old building with Renaissance charm. Opportunity to enjoy old time luxury.
Very well decorated and close to many charming restaurants. The town is very walkable. The owner and property manager are very friendly and live on-site, making themselves accessible.
The only negative was the small shower, but it turned out to be acceptable.

The apartment was beautiful and had a great kitchen. Michele was very accommodating and even walked to help guide us through the inner city to get to the apt. The only downfall was the shower/toilet area combination. It is difficult to navigate a wet floor after someone showers.

What a beautiful stay in a 1527 converted palazzo into 11 apartments. The location in Siena was superlative and the care that Michele offered and assisted with was exceptional. We will be sure to come back and stay at Coli Bizzarrini.

Very nice location and very nice room! Feels like staying in a palace. Only minor issue was that water pump is pretty noisy, of course it is not always on only when you are flushing the toilet or taking a shower. Very comfy bed!

So the pics of the rooms looks all nice and dandy, and also reflects reality. Rooms are indeed old, but also clean. However the comfort is really, really bad mainly for two reasons. We had ordered a room, which actually consisted of several rooms (suite íf you so wish), but the AC was not in the bedroom but in the main room a corridor away. So it was of basically very little effect in the bedroom, which hence was very hot. Worst part was however the beds, which were hard and lumpy, and impossible to sleep in. The best part was however the (only) lady in the reception (Michelle), who is pure gold! Would I go there again. Never, ever.

We loved our three-night stay at the Palazzo Coli Bizzarrini -- well located, and truly beautiful. Michelle the concierge was wonderful and very helpful too.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Siena-- especially with a family. The apartment was HUGE! Walking distance to everything! The only negative was the AC. We were in Siena during a heat wave and the AC unit only cools down the main living room-- not bedrooms, kitchen or bath.

We had booked a room with a jetted tub and an Italian theme. At check in we were told there had been a booking error and we were be upgraded. What we got instead of thr jetted tub was a very small shower stall. Rather than having an Italian ambiance the room was an eclectic mix of furnishings with some African touches. It was very disappointing. We had been looking forward to an Italian styled accommodation.

Our suite consisted of a very large living and dining room, with the spectacularly painted, coffered ceiling one would expect in a Renaissance Palazzo; a large bedroom - with an equally ornate ceiling, and a very comfortable bed with lovely linens; a well-equipped kitchen that includes a clothes washer; and a very modern bathroom. The pictures are completely accurate.
The Palazzo is extremely convenient for all Siena’s sites. Il Campo, the Duomo and the other Basilicas are easy walks. There are endless numbers of great restaurants, coffee shops, pastry and gelato shops within feet of the front door.
This is a very old building, with a small number of apartments, so it doesn’t have all the amenities of a large hotel. But if you like the idea of living in quiet grandeur, this is the place. And it has excellent tv and WiFi service, and powerful air conditioning, which was important when the outside temperature pushed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Parking is not super convenient, but it’s manageable. We found the location of the hotel and the charm to far outweigh what for us was a minor inconvenience of parking.
We want to complete the review by mentioning Michelle, who manages the facility wonderfully. She gave excellent advice on restaurants, festivals, opera performances and tourist sites. Michelle is a gem.
We liked this place so much we extended our stay and would love to come back.

This olace was amazing. The old style was really great!! Such a great location and very friendly staff. The apartment was HUGE!! I woukd stay here again in a heartbeat.Only downside was no 24h front desk and hotel isn’t easy to find due to hardly any signs outside. The rest was simply great! Parking ended up being free (but approx 1.5km away).I’d stay here next time again for sure.

Hard to review this place. On one hand, the location is ideal. Easy walk to the center of town or to the train station. The presidential suite is a huge one bedroom apartment with a large galley kitchen. Built in 1527, it looks more like a museum than hotel suite..BUT...it is more of an apartment than hotel. No front desk so you have to arrange to be met for check in. Nobody to help you make tour or travel arrangements, no coffee maker, things you'd expect in a hotel. Very picturesque but not very practical.

The Palazzo Coli Bizzarini, exceeded our expectations, even after being dazzled by the webpage photos. Michelle was amazing in greeting and assisting us, and always was ready to help. Our apartment was huge and as beautiful as the pictures suggested. I didn't measure, but the bedroom must have been at least 12 ft by 16 ft, and the sitting room an astonishing 16 x 20 or more, with sofa, arm chair, coffee table, dining table and several side pieces. Add in a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom, and it was a place in which a couple could easily live long-term. Having a lift was a great advantage. The location is absolutely ideal -- not only within the historic centre, but literally across from the bus station. The bus is the best option for getting to and from Siena, and this convenience was invaluable. Some of the best restaurants in Siena are a short walk away. The prices are very reasonable given the value received. I hope to stay here again.

Huge, comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment in good location with opening windows. Michelle at reception is happy and helpful and changed towels after 2 days. We used WhatsApp to contact her during our stay with prompt reply always. Washing machine was great but use short cycle or it will take hours! We arrived from Florence by train and went to taxi stand but you need to ring the listed number to order taxi so a local rang and ordered a couple of taxis for people who were waiting. When returning to Florence we found it more convenient to walk to the bus which is very close to apartment, quicker and cheaper than train. In Florence the bus and train stations are opposite each other. Also used bus to have the day in San Gimignano.

This was a gorgeous place to stay! The apartment was spacious and beautiful. We had a little difficulty finding it but once we did and got settled it was a perfect location, very walkable to everything we wanted to see and do for the three days we were there.

This accommodation is literally in a 16th century palace with many of the original features including frescoed ceilings. We felt like we were staying in our own little museum.
Never stayed anywhere like this before,
Everything about this accommodation was superb. Well appointed kitchen.
The lady in charge couldn't have been more helpful.
If you visit this town this is the place to stay.

Excellent apartment, has everything you need, perfect location in minutes walk to the central plaza, very friendly English speaking staff. However it is better to arrive there without a car for the following reasons:
1. It is hard to find the property driving the car, navigation gives you confusing directions because it is located in pedestrian area.
2. They only have a paid parking option, which is 27 Euro for a day and the garage is not by the property, so the hostess had to meet us at the bus station nearby and escort to it.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The receptionist was darling and the location was great. There was construction outside our window, every morning starting at 7, so it was hard to rest in the room.

This property gives people a unique experience to stay in an authentic palazzo. We just found that it was a little tired. The staff was very helpful and the location can't be beat.

Michelle our hostess was very easy to reach and was always there for any questions. She was fabulous. Property is very centrally located and we loved the character of the old building.

Good central location to walk to the Piazza Del Campo and Basilica. Good cafes nearby and close to inter city bus terminal.
