We took a risk and stayed somewhere other than the heavenly Hyatt Place Amherst/Buffalo, where we have stayed multiple times. TOTAL MISTAKE. We reserved a double queen room (for 4 people) and they had given that room to someone else, so we were put in a king with a twin sofa bed. The room was sparse and felt more bloke a motel than a hotel. There was a huge gap under the door so light and noise were pouring in all night. The TV says that streaming services were available, but that's only if you already had an account. No free breakfast, which we knew about, but after a horrible night's sleep on the floor, even a free coffee would have been helpful. Horrible way to end a holiday weekend. Never again.

The rooms were nice but the service was rude and unprofessional. Mainly the operation manager. Some staff was pleasant. Definately a power trip situation and made a comment toward my 13 year old being in the room alone while I was across the hall

This place was fine for a quick stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a good location, easy to access, close to restaurants and other venues. I would have preferred to see a cleaner room, especially the bathroom. It was okay, but it felt like it was just quickly cleaned before the next guests and the bathtub felt a bit sticky. Nothing major, but you know... could be better.

The hotel was 'oversold' so they put us in another hotel. They did not call or email me so upon unloading my luggage from traveling all day in the car, I was told at the check in counter they were 'over sold' and that because I booked through Expedia.com, I was not notified via email or phone even though they have my contact information. That is crappy service!

Very clean room. Only three towels for four people. Starburst is very convenient but the espresso machine broke in our second day; so we ended up walking across the parking lot to the other Starbucks. A little disappointed because there is no microwave in the room to heat up my leftovers.

Much nicer than we expected for the price! Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! Airport across the street but very quiet in rooms. Pool, outdoor fire place with seating.

The booking said the room included breakfast . No restaurant in hotel , just a Starbucks counter in the morning ..so rate was a bit high for just a room . I loved the hot tub and pool .. both great.

Room for 4, washroom was set for 3. When called in to ask for a fresh towel, was asked to go pick up at front desk. Room didn't have coffee supply in the room, and when asked for it to be stocked was asked to but coffee at the cafe instead.

The hotel was very clean & the staff was nice. However, it sounded like people in the hall were in your room. Everyone that came in were talking in the hallway throughout the night sounded like they were already in your room. It made for a very restless night. We were especially surprised because the door to the room was so he’s we could barely push it open.
