This was great for my family and a little weekend trip to Wichita! It was surprisingly quiet. The room we had was perfect for us and everything was comfortable.
Only hassle is the parking, it’s not attached to the building and is a little difficult to get to, but still free!

Loved this property. We enjoyed the room and our boys really enjoyed the pool. The only thing we didn't like was the parking. Having to park in a garage, then take an elevator down, then walk out of the garage over to the hotel was super inconvenient and when we were carrying lots of luggage, it was agony.

Opportunity to walk along the river is unique and one of the main reasons we choose to stay here. Proximity to century two and being able to walk to the summer theatre shows is also a benefit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Housekeeping even turned in our AirPods we left in the room by accident. The area was a bit rundown and ghost town looking. As a woman, I did not feel safe to walk anywhere on my own. I drove the 4 minutes to a nearby breakfast spot.

Unloading and loading of auto was terrible and the parking was difficult. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bonvoy Marriott refused to give me credit for my stay due to the fact I booked through Hotel.com so I will try to stay in Hilton Honors hotels from now on.

Very nice Fairfield with lovely grounds and water features in back, close to downtown. Nice interior and common areas, comfortable room, good breakfast. Only issue was our room was on the ground level facing a busy and nosy street until around 11:30 p.m. Would nevertheless recommend to someone needing a nice hotel in downtown Wichita.

This is my favorite place to stay when the I'm going to concerts at Intrust arena. It's really nice to be able to walk to and from the arena to several restaurants. Only complaint I can lodge is that the parking garage doesn't have a direct entrance to the hotel, but it's not a big enough deal to stop me from staying there.

Liked everything about the property except the parking! Parking was on level 2 through 4. Needed to know a password to get into the elevator and then a bit of walk to the hotel lobby. Didn't care much for this especially during cold temps.
