It was not what was advertised. The room wasn't very clean at all i had to fix things so that it wasnt a tripping hazard dont turn the jetted tub on you wont like the result i felt dirtier than when i got in it . There idea of 2 double beds was them pushed together tide up together with this band and the put something under the sheets to act as a divider and put one2 sheets and a blanket over the bed . I slept in my cloths on top of the bed . The chair i wouldn't let a elephant seal sit on it it was that bad i have a picture. That night a booked a room for the next day somewhere else that cost me an extra 850 dollars that I was happy to just so i wouldn't have to spend anoth night in this place i rented first

Nice place to stay. Clean and safe, but the interior is dated and could use an update. Easy check in process. Close to the light house and the Wild Pacific Trail.

Awesome location, with beaches and hiking trails nearby. Great communication with management, loved that it was dog friendly! Would have preferred a washer and dryer over a dishwasher, or have access to one on site. Cleanliness could have been better. My daughter misplaced a piece of jewelry, and in looking for it under the bed we saw a lot of dust, hair and even a pill of some kind. Couch was dirty on the arms. Good stand alone cottage and location make it worthwhile. Note the spiral staircase up to the bed would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Opt for the sofa bed instead.

Overall, everything was great!

We were disappointed to learn, upon our arrival, that our "bachelor with loft" cottage was actually just a bachelor unit. The loft was inaccessible and there was not a seperate living space or bed up there. We travelled with children so we literally got this unit for the extra loft to have some space apart. Its misleading at best. False advertising at worst. They really need to be more forthcoming with the ads/description. Our stay in Ukie was awesome in every other way! Highly recommend the town to stay in and the area is just spectacular.

Lovely views from the deck, good location, good price, easy check in and check out. Bit of a shock when one of us got out of the upstairs shower and water came dripping through the ceiling onto us through some busted tile grouting. That being said, owner appeared to be aware of it… though unapologetic.

We loved how quiet and quaint/simple the cabin was, and nestled in wooded area. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the entire cabin was spotless.

It was a great experience at REEF POINT COTTAGES, loved the cottage and location, walkable tourist attraction . It was quite neighbourhood.

Great for our family of 6 persons. We had lots comfortable space. Check-in and out very easy. Nice location, good view. Very clean, well equiped kitchen.

I liked the location and cabin, very central to everything.

Great location for coastal trails and beaches. Good for wild life spotting. Saw a raccoon, deer, bald eagles and stellar jay from the terrace balcony.

Overall the stay was good. The area was great - close to Lighthouse loop and walkable into town. There were a few issues with the unit which I directed to Reef Point but haven’t had a response yet.

Close to many great walks/hikes. Accommodated my family of five well and being pet friendly is such a bonus. The property is well kept and a good location.

It had 3 big beds for 6 adults,,,,,, BUT only enough seating on the deck for 4, seating in the livingroom for 3, but a table for 8. ALSO, the windows didn't all have blinds and when the neighbor leaves their outside light on all night, it shines directly into the main floor bedroom. The sun was up at 5 a.m....and then so were we! Not ok!!! ALSO, the BBQ didn't work and we even took the time to change the propane tank. HORRIBLE! ALSO, you pay an additional amount of $175 to have the place cleaned after you, which is NOT on their site. I would NOT do this again!!

Complete self contained unit. Stove, bbq, bathroom, tv, private. Good location, but not on the ocean. Just across the street from a beach.

The unit was fine except we did not realize that the main bedroom was upstairs and my husband was mobility challenged. He could not climb the stairs so we stayed on the hide-a-bed couch. Pleasantly surprised it was comfortable

Contactless check in and check out was convenient. A minor issue was that there was very poor water pressure in the shower.

Great place for a great price. Very comfortable and has everything that you need. Bring your food clothes and drinks. That is all that’s needed!!

The cottage we stayed in was very run down and in need of upkeep. The cabinets were falling apart, floor tiles were loose, hardwood deeply scratched, appliances outdated and window coverings that were not useful in blocking out light. I don’t know if this cottage is representative of all of them, however if it is, I would not recommend. April 2024

Very nice, cozy accomodation. Would definitely return.

The property is located in a very quiet area which makes it hard to find in the evening. It looks pretty worn out especially most of the stuffs are either broken or malfunction. The fireplace caused part of the house to lose power and the entrance key pad was malfunction. We had barbecue the first night and wasn't given a full gas tank. The overall experience was not too pleasant at all.

The tub and adjacent tile had a thick bacterial growth layer that gave my wife an infection

We enjoyed staying at this location. It was quiet and peaceful. Close to walking paths. The kitchen has a few items or pots, pan and utensils for cooking. We enjoyed using the bbq on the back porch. We did discover the previous occupants potato chips under the ottoman. Otherwise, we would gladly stay here again.

Our family was very happy with our stay at Reef Point. The cottage came with eveything essential for cooking in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved to go into the hot tub at the end of a long hike. I really like the communication style of this establishment and they were very prompt with the replies.
