I noted to hotel in advance I would be getting in late. Room was already paid for. Was told when I arrived that there might not be a room as hotel reservation system was overbooking. That is not something someone arriving near midnight after a long day of travel wants to hear

It was very clean and neat! I was extremely pleased with my experience. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking. Granted I checked in on Labor Day weekend, but the parking was non existent. Otherwise, 10/10

Review would have been 4.5 stars or even 5 had it not been for:
1. our toilet was broken and would not flush
2. the reception number was always busy despite the receptionist being available (it was broken) meaning I had to go down to tell them of the problem after trying to call for 15 minutes to a busy/broken line
3. the receptionist called me back and me that maintenance came to look and said they couldn't fix it, but no one had actually come to look
4. had to go down again since no one showed up and the front desk number didn't work to ask for a new room as our room started to smell of what was in the toilet

Got stuck after have my flight rebooked. Hotel was close the airport and the staff was super nice. Was impressed with the room size and cleanliness. Pre booked my shuttle for the morning when I arrived and it was right on time. I didn’t eat breakfast but the spread had quite a few options which I thought was great!

I had two rooms , the toilet doesn’t flush for both rooms , takes several tries for even just toilet papers . The rooms were not made up , we booked for two nights. Covid is over , there is no more excuse anymore for not having the rooms cleaned. The air condition was super weak. The rooms were warm . Quality of the bed and pillows not comfortable. This is one of the worst Fairfield I had stayed .

Beautiful and exceptionally clean and spacious lobby area — the whole family noticed and commented on how upscale it felt. The staff members were very friendly and hospitable. Rooms comfortable. We’d stay there again vs. paying a lot more for a downtown Baltimore hotel. Worth the short drive into the city.

The air conditioner was so loud we had trouble sleeping. The shuttle from airport took forever to pick us up. I guess you have to call ahead. And no restaurants nearby. Other than that, the people were nice.

We have stayed in the Linthicum/BWI area several times, at various hotels. This is our new favorite hotel in this area. It is a good value and it is in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay.

Checked in and Dana was great. Friendly, diligent and outgoing. You couldn't ask for a better person to represent Fairfield Inn. Property was very clean and comfortable.

There was only one person working in the reception area who was in the bathroom for more than 30 min. We had to wait more than 30 minutes in the lobby for her to check us in. We booked 2 rooms but for some reason she gave us only one room. When we realized that we had to go back again from 3rd floor to lobby, waited another 15 minutes to get our 2nd room. It was not pleasant check in. Carpet was dusty. Not enough breakfast option.

Breakfast at 6am good for early flights. Would be great if parking lot had brighter lighting near back for guests arriving alone in later hours.
Hesitated to take the free airport shuttle bc I will need a handicap accessible ride back for my aunt and front desk clerk couldn’t guarantee that one would be available when we return.
Nice that there were snacks and drinks in lobby available for purchase, some wine/beer until 10 & 2 water bottles in my room (a nice surprise) to take my medications, stay hydrated!
