Room doors were too thin. Could hear other guests talking loudly outside the door till midnight.

I selected this hotel for my parents. My parents ( senior citizens ) were in the hotel. They had a long stay of 5 days. It was comfortable and they enjoyed the food service. Thank you.

Comfortable stay for parents. Some issues were there with room temperature, as it was low. However Premium room had option where thermostat was turned down and heater was provided. Breakfast was great.

Front desk staff uncooperative. Access to rooms is through a passage where other guests are eating/ drinking, partying. Its terrible to find way through. The toilet do not have ventilation so smells. Hotel is dumping garbage across fence which can be seen from top floors and it looks uncivilized. My iPhone was missing on 27 Nov and I was told by Duty Manager, Front desk staff said its not found. I traced the iPhone using a app and it was found with hotel staff. It moved from 300 m to 1 km from Hotel over night that can be seen from app-support. I should have approached police and filed a case on hotel. Many young people look stressed out and do not smile at customer and uncooperative. Internet speed is poor, slow. This is against hospitality industry basic ethics. Overall I had a terrible experience.I would like to request part refund. This feedback is given for improvement and not other purpose, no revenge.

This hotel is an exceptional choice for business travelers. The property is huge. The rooms are large and the dining is great. What makes it wonderful however is the staff there. They are so helpful and eager to serve. Yogesh and Chetan were both great with their help, whether it was with the luggage or restocking the rooms with water. I also want to give a shout-out to Girish, the manager. he was very helpful. I would recommend going for premier room ( NOt deluxe) I also suggest you try to book directly with the hotel. The rates may be better.

The rooms are large and the food is shockingly good; definately pay a little more for breakfast. You might ask to be put in a room that is recently renovated.

The hotel smells bad and looks shady at best. I immediately checked out of this property after seeing the room. They didn't even refund my money but I wouldn't expect any fairness from a Hotel that has such misleading description of their property. Stay very far away from this one!

I stayed in 6th floor as well as 4th floor. 6th floor was decent but, 4th floor was disaster. It was smelling so bad and they couldn't do anything about it.

Check-in staff was confused and quite limited for such a property.

Terrible 3rd floor. There were open fire escape routes with hanging live wires in front of my room 1307. Very bad communication with the hotel. They don't respond or have attention to care. I think they stay busy with so many banquet events. I will choose some better business hotel more suitable for business.

I made a mistake of booking this hotel. Though the staff was courteous they lacked agility. The service at the restaurant was poor. Check in experience was bad as I was made to wait nearly 10 mins. Too many questions asked for having booked a room on double occupancy. Overall I am done with this property.

Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and aesthetic. Room service was to be paid in cash... that was quite derogatory.No bill was issued hotel nor it has been sent by Hotel.com. How does one claim the reimbursement?

Stayed here for 5 Nights ( premier room with Bfast Room 1301). So far the best and most affordable 5 star hotel to stay. I was with my girlfriend and there was no hindrance or any privacy issue ever. Check in And concierge was smooth. Rooms are spacious, fresh and bathroom and bathtub are clean. Every other amenity is renewed every day without disturbance. House keeping is as non intrusive as it can get. Breakfast spread is quite good , gets crowdy on weekend still the service is fast and the boulevard is nicely themed and spacious. The best part of this hotel is its staff, everybody remembered our preferences and identified us every time we would visit lobby or restaurant. Even my “ginger Tea” specially made for me was everyday remembered by the steward Aarif, very courtacious guy. Valet are fast, dont make you wait much. Orchid oozes luxury with homely feeling. Only place to improve is A la Carte Menu, the taste is mediocre and why use that excessive Rose water on biryani ? Please refrain. 5/5 for the sake of ratings . :) thank you orchid for wonderful stay.

Have stayed in this property multiple times in past. The property is huge. Most of the staffs are very polite and good. However over all experience compare to previous stay, could be better.

No In-room.service after 7pm even for basic required things. This was not informed while booking. The staff was not at all cooperative and had very rude behaviour with senior citizens. Restaurant did not have al-carta menu and they forced us to take up buffet only. Overall it was a pathetic experience. And we made a fatal mistake by selecting this hotel.

Location could be a plus, however, the poor quality of training and courtesy of the staff , the long walks from the check in lobby to rooms and the poor up keep of the property are all negatives. Overall not a good experience.

Good four star hotel , ambience and rooms. Off the Mumbai- Bangalore highway, easily accesible for transit during travel .
