Motel was clean and near a shopping centre, room was comfortable and no traffic noise. Only issue was no remote for the tv and no one at the office to ask for one. Other than that all was good.

The room was peaceful and well-maintained, with the twin bed layout providing a unique and personalized space. The bathroom cleverly tucked between the two beds offered a nice sense of privacy.
However, I did feel the overall security could be improved. The standard door lock felt a bit lacking in providing a strong sense of safety and protection. This was the only aspect that didn't fully meet my expectations.
Overall, I enjoyed the clean, calm atmosphere of the room and the thoughtful twin bed design. With some enhancements to the security features, this hotel could offer an even more comfortable and worry-free stay for guests. I appreciated the many positive aspects of my visit.

Good layout in family room. Could do with a few more security features. Had all the basics. We stopped there one night en route. Arrived late and checked in via kiosk which was easy.

Disappointed that advertised breakfast room service (limited). But nothing available. King bed very old mattress sunk into it as soon as lay down. Pillows lumpy not a very comfortable sleep. Also only Chanel’s on tv Chanel 9 and SBS friends stayed at caravan park and they even had cable tv and paid much less!!!!

Found the spa itself was a little dusty and very slippery to sit in I kept slipping of sitting shelf while enjoying relaxing in there found the rest of my stay there was comfortable and clean

Staff are great, friendly and accommodating really helped when i requested an extra night. Parking is a bit tight especially when peeps take up 2 spots with boats and camper trailers but there is on street parking in front. Great to have a pool. Room was clean and in good condition. Great bathroom (nice big tub etc). A good experience and i would go back. Thank you!

I liked that I’ve been in 3different motels in last week and found island palms to be extremely clean and tidy compared to others. Parking is easy
What I didn’t like was that there was no foxtel or Netflix but that was the only issue I had

Did the job for an overnight stay, close to all amenities, well maintained building.

The property was clean and well kept. All required amenities were present including cutlery and plates for 4 people. However the bed was hard as a rock and we may as well have slept on the floor. Horrible, horrible bed.

Needs a bit of maintenance. Toilet seat broken and rear sliding door stuck will not open.
