The room is not in a very good condition. I have booked 2 rooms. 1 room have problem to enter using the keycard. Then later it does not have any power. Need to change room then after change to another room, the room intermittent power trip. Need to change room again.My room initial seems ok. Then out of sudden, there is water dripping from the toilet ceiling. Need to change room.No fridge and there is not enough space to have a mini table.

The heritage building was in an excellent location - very hip and happening with lots of bars, quaint cafe's and eateries. The venue however was a little run down - not as well maintained as I hoped it would be. My bedroom with fresh linen had traces of hair - of different length on it. The bathroom was clean but the water heater wasn't working so well. As I was on the ground floor, I can hear people moving around above my room.

Old building with new painting and modern toilet. Used common toilet but no issues as they have a few for everybody. Slept well got tv and aircon. Downside, better bring your own drinking water and personal toiletries.

Do not expect car parking even if you book, I advised I require car parking on arrival as I was driving 600KM from Thailand and this was essential to my stay. When I arrived one of the security/ car park attendants / maffia woman told very rudely the car park was full move my car now and I should of got there earlier and “the Malaysians” beat you to it and laughed. I said can I just stay 5 minutes and check in first and leave my bag in the room and she said no go and pay for parking elsewhere! I stay in up to 50 hotels a year and also own a hotel, this was one of the most disgusting receptions I have ever encountered at any hotel anywhere in the world and ended Ed up parking almost 2km away! Room was fine, terrible WiFi speeds however this is common in Malaysia. There should emphasize on the voice that is too loud at the hallway that its disturbing our sleep and when the customer walks too and fro while talking on his or her mobile phone that I think you should fix the wifi at the ground floor or lobby only can gets the wifi

The pillow covers were uncleaned due to the presence of stains and the toilet seat was also stained which probably suggests that it was washed not thoroughly. More could be done to the cleanliness of the room. Also the door can be better maintained. I was slightly disappointed to see the state of the room because my friend recommended this hotel years ago. On hindsight, probably because it was new back then.

3rd time staying in this hotel. My preferred hotel as its comfort, clean and convenient. Front desk personnel very friendly.

Clean, cozy and comfortable. Had a really good good sleep for 2 nights. The only problem is a bit noisy when people walking and talking. Room not sound proofed.

The hotel is located in the center of town. You able to reach to many eateries by walking distance. The hotel outlook is very grand and nice. They provide ample parking space (which you do not need to pay coupon to park outside). The hotel room is quite clean and lots of toilets for sharing.

The staff and facility is ok for budget hotel but the strong cigarette smell inside the room and the smoke from the praying sticks outside the room are so terrible and annoying!!

Either I am stupid or careless when booking the place or the hotel sets out to be deceptive about what it offers and doesn't. The power socket is high above the wall next to the door and doesn't work. We have to use the power outlet outside to charge our gears. The room is decently clean and so are public showers. Each shower room is a private small unit. With $50/night rate, one shouldn't expect too much. A place for budget small family travel

1)Room size is rather small (Standard rooms with bathroom attached) 2)No phone in the room hence a bit inconvenient when need to get in touch with hotel staffs or contact friends staying in other units. 3)Area not near to attractions or shopping malls.4) room rate seemed a bit high

This hotel is located at a quite good location. It takes about 15 minutes to the heritage trail site, 20 minutes to Komtar and 8 minutes to the Kimberly street which is famous with the local hawker food.

Great location in walkig distance of the sights and bus station. Had a room with shared bathroom...bathroom always spotless and good to use, even for older folk who aren't back packers!
