Pool area requires a little more cleaning. Outdoors showers, stairs, pool need scrubbing and water screening

We really enjoyed our stay, we were able to check in early thanks to Marissa which was such a relief after flying in. There was lots of dining options at the hotel bistro and we were so pleased to have gluten free options. The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially the happy server who brought our food out each time and Ashley who made me a great cappuccino which is unexpected in a hotel. There was so much space for work meetings and I saw a large conference room available. Comfortable bed, good size room with a couch and decent desk. We will be back.

We were on the 4th floor and sounded like the chiller for the building was right above us. Droning noise all night long. Noisy AC in the room as well. Bed was not great. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable otherwise.

Clean, quiet, not too far from everything but far enough away from everything as well room was very clean, overall professional and clean location. Not crowded and quiet

I have stayed at this property a dozen times for my personal and work leisure. I originally booked 1 King bed with a pull-out sofa with my reservations. We checked in at 3:50 on 6/3. I asked the person helping us (Marissa, I believe) if I could have a room (no upgrade) available as per my notes on the 4th floor as I will be working from the hotel and do not wish to have noisy neighbors above me if possible. Before I could finish my sentence, she stated that "all of her 4th floor rooms were not cleaned yet." 3:50 pm on a Monday, and housekeeping still needs to clean an entire floor? Right. I let that slide. I then asked if I could have a room on the east side of the building on the third floor. Little did I know that our room was NOT on the east side of the building and had two full-size beds instead of the whole king, as per my initial reservations. That was fractional compared to the interaction I had with the woman that checked us in. The entire process felt like an interrogation. I was asked where I worked. What was I in town for? What company I work for? If anyone else was with me. Look, I know human behavior very well. This woman was NOT making small talk with me. She was interrogating me in front of my wife, and I will keep my opinions to myself about what I REALLY feel like she was doing. All in all, this entire experience and stay was weird and made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not stay here again on my or my company's dime.

Stayed 3 nights for work trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is either newer or recently remodeled. There are options to adjust bed firmness/softness upon request. One review talked about TV location being bad because of wardrobe blocking view of it. I didn’t have any issue as the TV was on a stand that could be pulled out and rotated, so you can position TV to be seen anywhere in the room. I enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was in need of maintenance, so it wasn't available, but given it was 100+ degrees everyday I was there, I didn’t miss it. Great patio and courtyard between this hotel and it's sister hotel (Residence Inn). It's in a good location, many restaurants and a Walmart nearby and easy to get to anything else as it's just off the 101 loop.

I had to move my family last minute due to other hotel being terrible. This hotel was awesome!

The staff is super courteous and amazing. I had a terrific trip anything that I needed they were very attentive and handled it right away. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean. The facilities were working and in order.

I like all the employees that we came into contact with front desk all were very exceptional. Joey at the bistro and bar in evenings was exceptional and very friendly made excellent drinks and gave us good information where to go visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. The chef’s breakfast burrito puts all others I’ve had, to shame!!!!

Our stay at the Marriot was excellent. The attention to detail and customer service at the front desk was the best! The whole team was wonderful, and Beth at the restaurant was awesome!

I have stayed here a couple of times. They have events going on every day. Everyone is very friendly and nice.

hotel was amazing and convenient

We loved our stay at this Courtyard Marriott. It was close to great restaurants and indoor skydiving, and had ample parking. The rooms were very luxurious. The hotel restaurant had delicious food. We also enjoyed going into the hot tub during a light sprinkle of rain. It was beautiful. We had a great experience during our stay, thank you!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Loved that pool was heated so we could swim in Mid March. Beautiful property at an excellent location. We will be back! Also prices very reasonable.

Outstanding customer service

This was just an average hotel. Not worth the price. The ice machine didn’t work. The fire pit on this hotel side was out of order had to go to other hotel next door for fire pit seating. The Mexican restaurant was not good, they put Italian cheese on tacos and the chicken in the quesadilla had a bad taste. Definitely not fresh food. The Bistro was great, the service was spot on And the food tasted good. The tv was blocked by 3 inches from one side of the bed due to the closet furniture (the room set up made no sense). This hotel was definitely not worth $250 per night. Disappointed.

Courtyard Marriott was a nice place to stay!

This newer Marriott is a welcome addition to the Scottsdale area. Conveniently located, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Rooms were immaculate-great amenities and a wonderful on-site bar/restaurant serving lovely breakfast and coffee options....and most importantly, the staff was warm and very accommodating. This will be our new go-to hotel when passing through town from now on!

It was a great and comfortable

Conveniently located off the highway, yet very low noise level. All of the staff greeted us with a smile and were very welcoming. The food was amazing.
