Ahmed, front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Mattresses were so comfortable. Ronald, in the deki, went out if his way to make sure our orders were good. 5 star staff, great job hotel manager.

We took full advantage of the restaurant, the pool, sauna and laundry facility. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The staff is exceedingly polite. I wish I could have stayed longer but they were sold out. Could have used a mirror in the room though. They are only in the bathroom. Also a sink in the room would have been good, next to the refrigerator.

The hotel is overall nice and clean. The room service did a good job changing the bedsheets and providing fresh towels. However, I was slightly disappointed to notice that the floors were not vacuumed, I still had hair on the floor, and the washroom wasn't cleaned during the daily room service. While I appreciated the comfortable and tidy room, the lack of attention to these areas was a bit of a letdown.

we booked this hotel to be close to the airport and the fact that they claimed they would provide complementary shuttle 24/7. We arrived at Calgary airport past midnight after a long flight, and there were no shuttles. Called the hotel after half an hour of waiting, to be told that sorry, take a taxi, as there are no shuttle services between 11PM and 4AM.
We assumed that the hotel would cover the cost of the transportation now that there was no shuttle. But the very rude staff did not even acknowledge that by promising complimentary shuttle service, and not providing one, they are in breach of their contract, they did nothing to compensate the transportation cost from the airport to the hotel. I will never book another stay at Marriot hotels. Terrible customer service.

The hotel staff gave us the wrong time for the arrival of the airport shuttle. This resulted in missing the shuttle and having to find another way there at the same last minute. It added unnecessary stress to our trip.

Nice hotel, however no hot tub in the pool facility and the supervisor of their restaurant is a petty human being (Jayden was her name if I remember correctly). Would probably go back but would definitely not give extra business to the restaurant.

Very comfortable room. AC was on and the room was cool when we arrived which was a plus. Great view of the ample hills and plains of NE Calgary. Arrivals and departures from the nearby YYC International Airport weren't audible. Plenty of convenient parking.
