I loved the customer service, check in, room was for the most part updated, space was great for two people. We walked to the Dome always just to get to know the area and it was about a 20 min walk. We ordered the standard room (least expensive one) and loved the space and view. We ate breakfast the last day, it was simple continental breakfast with traditional cuisine for 1500 if paid prior to, which if you eat a lot, can save you as breakfast could be that much, in the area, for just the entreé. We walked from Hiroshima station (long walk) but the city train was close (line 2) and it takes you to the main station, and also Hiroshima memorial park (main visitors area) as well as to the Miyajima ferry station. I would stay here again, good for families, solo travelers, etc. Don’t need to buy toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay at the EN Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin-room on the eighth floor was compact and clean. The view of the river was beautiful. It's a 15 min walk to Hiroshima station and a similar distance to the downtown area. We liked this location.

I was attracted by the stylish refurbishment of the hotel so I booked EN hotel for our stay in Hiroshima.
Later we found that we need one more night in Hiroshima so we booked another night which became two separate stays for diff rooms. The hotel got us upgraded one of the nights and that we don’t have to change room. All desk staff are absolutely friendly and we feel welcoming all the time. Keisuke San who also made an even more pleasant during check-in.
Everything was splendid during the stay. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in EN hotel, a quiet place next to a river and few blocks to the city center.

It was really old hotel with old furnitures. Location of the hotel was good. The room had amazing views.There was no internet neither in the room nor lobby. They even don’t have umbrella for their guests. Overall it was disappointing

We stayed in a really nice room on the 7th floor with a great view of the canal. We were happily surprised by this compared to the price we paid. Bed was super comfy :) Everything was clean.
Location was quite okay. About 15 min walk from the memorial park. Breakfast was very japanese but it was quite okay. Staff is friendly and can speak some english :)

Well located hotel, a little bit far from Hiroshima station, but easy to find. Quite confortable room with a nice , easy walking distance to the Atomic Bomb Dome and to Nagareka Street Area ( for the restaurants and shops) . Excellent japanase breakfast with western choices as well.

Great hotel near Hirshomia station (5 min walk). It was clean, rather spacious, and quite comfortable. The amenities were great too.

I am very satisfied with this property, the staff was very nice and helpful, the neighbourhood was quite. Also the location was perfect close to shops , train station and the street car stop. Everything was clean and available.

Room was dingy with a cramped bathroom. My recommendation would be to spend extra and stay elsewhere.
