My favorite hotel to stay at in Bismarck because of the cleanliness, comfort and super friendly staff. The breakfast was not that great.

Lovely room and accommodations. The hot tub needed to be hotter is our only complaint. Barely above warm bath temp.

We stay here all of the time. This was our first time having it be terribly dirty in the halls and rooms. My parents had a room as well and had issues with service. We had things broken in our room and my parents had a missing remote. Very unclean all around this time.

The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything worked. There was only one usb specific outlet, but a ton of outlets throughout the room. The breakfast was changed up a little bit during the days we were there. Relatively quiet stay.

My family and I stayed in two rooms for the weekend. Our 1st room was terrible. I picked up wrappers on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor. My son slept on the couch and there were dirty sheets on it. We had to get our own sheets at the desk. We didn’t have a remote for our tv and called the desk and told sorry we would have to wait until the next day to get one. In the morning went to make coffee and there was coffee but not for our coffee maker. We have stayed at Residence inn before and never had a problem. All we were told it’s hard to find good help, do better!

We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing

Super easy to check-in. They were busy with a hockey tournament and able to get me in right away! Room was big and had everything I needed.

The only issue I had with the hotel is the first morning my hubby went to get some coffee at the breakfast area. It was 9:45 am. Breakfast was scheduled to be over at 10 am. He just wanted coffee. There was nothing left for breakfast including coffee. There was a staff person there speaking broken English. He was telling those coming in for breakfast, “No more. No more food.” When asked if they were going to cook anymore food or coffee, he kept saying no, no. Why is it advertised until 10 am if they aren’t serving until then?

Family vacay. Room was a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Very spacious, clean and modern.

If there was a negative, it would be that the parking lot spaces (lines) need to be repainted. Some cars were parked in two spaces which caused a shortage.

The room is comfortable but the carpet is looking worn. The bed is too hard, good if you like a firm mattress but it’s acceptable.

Walked into the lobby with Fox News playing full blast on the large flat screen TV in the lobby … this was beyond unwelcoming … spewing all kinds of distasteful coverage of Trump and MAGA drama … the whole stay from that point on was rather uncomfortable and we felt very unwelcome. Is this the kind of atmosphere that the Marriot is wanting to create?

The couch was full of dog hair. When I pulled the fold out bed out for grandkids, I saw all the dog hair. stuck to Couch Cushions. I'm allergic to dogs and cats had to take meds all weekend to stay out of the hospital. I really wish they would keep certain rooms for animals as not all of us sleep with animals. It was a nice room just thought it would be clean.

The property has a nice seating area outside to enjoy time outdoors... bonfire pit, grill, etc. I didn't like the dogs all over. I didn't realize it was an animal friendly hotel and I don't care for animals all around me.

Check in was quick and front desk attendants were pleasant and friendly. Overall a nice hotel. My only real complaint is with the room. We stayed in a pet room as we had our dog with us. I don’t expect these rooms to be perfect but when I opened the door to the room it smelled like a kennel on a hot summer day. It’s obvious previous doggy guests have left their mark. The room was also not as clean as I’d like. Hairs on the floor in bathroom and in the tub, sticky residue on the table. I’d recommend removing the carpet from pet rooms, it’s gross, unsanitary and harder for housekeeping to keep clean. Ultimately pet owners need to do better and not ruin it for the rest of us.

It was very spacious room and very clean. We did have to ask for bedding the for the sofa sleeper, they were not in the room that was reserved for 3 people. (King suite)
Bedding the king bed were to small and we have remake the entire bed every morning due to this. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. The sausage was cold, the casing was think and chewy. The eggs were also only warm. Not much available for those with gluten allergies. Drain in the bathroom sink stunk like sewer every time the water was turned on. Only three towels in the room for four people. Stains on the furniture and carpet.

Our room needs some updating. Scuffs on the walls and trim work. Elevators need to be vacuumed. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and they served sandwich slice Canadian bacon for the meat option. Breakfast the second day was better. Would stay again.

I mistakenly made a reservation at this hotel. I had intended to stay at another place. But I was pleasantly surprised at my stay.

I was disappointed. I heard great reviews about this place. I guess my expectations were too high. Room was specious but run down. Carpet had snags and stains. Bathroom door banged up. Bed was lumpy. Breakfast was delicious.
