Excellent service. Loved our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We also really loved the evening meal. We got in late and tired and to have a hot meal waiting was so appreciated.

Only 1 elevator was operational; breakfast was poorly supplied - no hard boiled eggs, no gravy; taco supper was great; bed very comfortable; room quiet

I stayed here for a night while I attended my weekend at vsu. It was great. They are many complimentary items and snacks. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I will be staying there again!

We find this a great value for the money. Besides free breakfast they have 3 free drinks and food from 5:30 - 7:00pm every night. Last night was taco night. No need to leave and look for dinner when you’re tired from driving all day

Lana at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Kelly at the buffet was helpful and did a great job keeping everything stocked. Monica the manager was very knowledgeable about Drury, since we had several questions. And Gloria did an amazing job cleaning our room prior to our stay. The room was immaculate.

Hotel is under renovation. Could hear the construction going on on the lower floors while standing in our bathroom. The newly renovated areas are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was really good. The staff was the most friendly of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip. EVERYONE said hello and good morning.

No one at front desk when we arrived-had to search for someone to check us in; wasn’t told the pool was closed until we went down to swim. Room was nice other than the disinfectant being so strong we had to leave the hotel twice for fresh air.
Maybe a fluke bad experience-would probably try this hotel again.
