We’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn 8 times over the pas 16 months, for surgeries at Sky Ridge, which is very convenient. It is next to I25 and Lincoln Avenue, so there is noise, muffled by pretty good insulation. It is clean. Full breakfast is OK. Staff seems a bit indifferent, but they do their job eventually. Several little problems this time: a ghost drawer on the TV/microwave/fridge console that slowly opened whenever we closed it, a commode that was too low for me to safely sit and stand without help after knee surgery (probably should have chosen accessible room), soap dispenser on the wall that was beyond the lotion, difficult to reach from my walker. Also very frosted up fridge.

The bed was very comfortable, however the toilet weirdly stopped flushing one night. I added water to the tank and by the morning it was working again.

We have stayed at this location and it was fine. During this stay the air conditioning unit was very loud when starting and turning off (sounded like a squeaky door) making impossible to sleep. It was too hot to leave the AC unit off.
Also, at 3:00 AM there was a fight in the hallway right outside of our room which made us all feel very unsafe. Multiple men yelling loudly (curse words, violent expressions).
We had stayed at this location before and liked it so decided to stay in the same hotel while in the area.
I don't think we would stay here again given this experience.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. I loved how the soaps were hung up and easily dispensed and smelled great. We could hear the person above us walking heavily and the floors seem hollow because my son was also making sound when walking normally. The breakfast was really gross, lol. Not trying to seem unhappy because its no biggie, but the eggs tasted very strange and so I tried cereal with milk and the milk was warm. Everything else with the hotel was really great.

Breakfast service was very poor. The food service worker was preoccupied with her phone conversation. You were able to hear very loud with her conversation. So all good choices were not available. There was garbage everywhere around the counters. This happened around 8:30. I don’t know why it was out of food choices because she was not paying attention to make refills.

We stay at this hotel because it’s close to Sky Ridge Hospital, where we have both had surgery in the past year. Breakfast is full and pretty good for a mid-level property, with lots of choices, hot and cold. The fitness center is better than many. Desk staff seem to lack personality, but they do help eventually. It is a bit noisy next to the highway interchange, and trying to take an afternoon nap was tough, due to slamming doors, apparently from housekeeping- although I’m not sure. But it is clean and well appointed at a decent price point.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the food faeries for the free breakfast was horrible. The omelettes were hard and inedible. It just feels like they really skimp on the quality. I stayed at a Hampton Inn before and the food was great a year ago.
