It was under construction!!!! I understand that upgrades and construction has to happen however when I booked there was NO info about it being under construction!! Had I known that I would have chosen a different hotel at $150 a night!! Also my air conditioning in my room worked but you couldn't change it at all!! It was either full blast or nothing at all so when we left for the day we left it on so we wouldn't be sweltering hot coming back however with that being said it was FREEZING cold when we got in!!! Just disappointed that you are still charging $150 plus a night for a under construction hotel that isn't even fully operational!!!

Great location to two major interstates.

We were there for three nights, therefore we had no cleaning service at all.

I didn't like the mess from construction. I understand renovations need to be made but I was going to a family event and somehow got covered in dust and some kinda construction glue or something on my brand new pants. I was very embarrassed meeting some family for the first time with glue on my pants!!!! I had to throw the pants away!!

Bathroom was sooo small, couldn't open door fully without having to stand between shower and toilet.

Friendly staff, good location

No warning at booking or check-in that construction was being done. At times the construction was so loud you couldn't even hear the TV! Brought it up to the staff and was offered a $25 credit... Only one elevator was working. Hotel has six floors so all the guests, construction workers and hotel staff were trying to use the one elevator. Sometimes it took eight to ten minutes just to get an elevator from the third floor to the first floor. I was unable to use the stairs due to a foot injury.

We came to Colorado for my girlfriend’s bday and stayed in your hotel thinking this hotel is in a good location and close to places we wanted to go. As soon as we checked in decided to take a quick nap cause we were up since 4am to catch the flight but, there was all different kind of sounds of drill, kicking to the walls and like a lot of people trying to fix the whole hotel. When we called down to voice our concern , the receptionist told us that the hotel is under construction and when you checked in they should of let you know but no one did. if we knew ahead of time we could of either accept it or cancel our reservation. The receptionist told us they can refund us $50 for inconvenience and will email it right away. Hour later when we came down to go out, we asked for the email that we haven’t received and receptionist told us they can only do $35 now. They did not even apologized nor felt sorry. It was like ok it’s your problem and deal with it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we would never stay here in the feature.

The staff was phenomenal! So helpful and kind. The manager was helping with breakfast, assisting with clean up and helped a woman on crutches get her coffee. Very impressed with him!

They were under construction which was not really an issue but it was a little loud the second day we were there. It didn’t wake us up or anything, but it was slightly annoying. No fault of the hotel’s and they apologized several times for any inconvenience it caused.

Location

First when I arrived, pull out bed was out, all kitchen cabinet doors and microwave door were open. In the morning housekeeping came into the room while I stepped out, hours before checkout. Took my belongings, then called asking if I checked out yet......then the manager of cleaning staff gave attitude when he had to bring back my belongings and I wasn't ready to leave, as it was just past 10am and checkout wasn't until noon. Complained to general manager, she said I would be refunded, I was not. Will never stay there again and would not recommend.
