you had to notify the desk 24 hours before you wanted your room cleaned. Furniture old and table pulled away from the wall. Although it was a suite, cooking utilities and dishes were very sparse. I accidentally left some dog dishes and other items in the room when I checked out, and when I went back to retrieve them, no one knew anything about them.

The walls are very thin and I could hear the TV and conversations from the next room.

The beds were broke and muddle sunk in, smelled horrible carpets were nasty no breakfast housekeep or even toilet paper in rooms, doors were cracked in bathroom and air didn't seem to ever get cool.

Dingy. no lobby sitting furniture to enjoy. hallways and rooms dingy. outside looks very nice. Bedspread on bed. pictures showed the new SHEET look. I hate bedspread

Things were broken in the room. There was dirty clothes and trash in the rooms. Short on a blanket on one bed and no towels in one of the bathrooms

You should exclude this property from rental. It was in horrible shape!!! I think social services may be using the facility for homeless housing. I would never stay there again.

I walked out after going to my room and seeing what a wreck my room was. They charged me for two nights and I didn’t stay even one.

Everything in facility was great. And personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The detours made it almost impossible to find. Directions to hotel would be helpful. Area not well lit. Continental breakfast was awful.

Our room had a leak in the bathroom our floor where the tile lays in the cracks were filled with water, when we walked into our room the lamp cover was broken, the lamp didn’t work & when I reported it to the staff he came up & put a towel under the leak & said that there wasn’t anything that he could do & that there was no other rooms available & no maintenance on. I asked if I could get a discount & he said you will have to take that up with the manager in the am & left the room.

Room smelled of black mold, I think I'm now sick from it. No daily maid service. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast muffin had a hair in it,(baker doesn't wear a hairnet). Pool was a disease ridden algae growth. The "gym" had an old treadmill and bike, not much of a gym.

The non-smoking room smelled of Smoke. People live at this place full time . People smoking Crack or Cocain, which went through the hotel air ducts .
