We had a horrible stay in this hotel. We were four guest in total and stayed there for 9 days. At arrival day we got a room with one double bed and an extra bed when we booked the room with four guest. The room we booked was for four people. If we wanted another bed then we had to pay additional fee for that. When we came to the room we only got one towel for 4 guest and had to make several call to the reception before we got two more towels on our 2nd day. Mind that they only give you two pool towels only, so if you want to make sure to have enough towels then bring extra with you. The safe and the light didn’t work at one of the room, they said they will send an engineer to fix it, who never came on those 9 days. The bedside table had a broken handle. The receptionist staff was always on the phone, and never smiled or welcomed when we came back. There was cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom even after they had cleaned the room. The only good thing with this hotel was it was a bit central and some friendly cleaning staff. But I am sure you will find better central hotels than this one. If you want to have a peaceful stay then escape this hotel. Don’t even bother to take the breakfast offer, the restaurant had no single guest in it and was always empty. We were glad that we didn’t take the breakfast buffet there. Save your energy, time and money. Never going to pick this hotel again.

All good 😊 just this time we went for breakfast we ask if they were having shashouka that is an Arabic dish of eggs and tomato . When they brought it was scrambled eggs , they try to excuse themselves saying that is the way is cooked however I been living in Middle East for 11 years and I know is not like that. I even show them a picture in google. But they say that is the way they cooked at the hotel.

Terrible nights stay in two bedroom apartment. Out of date food in the fridge, previous occupants hair extensions in the kitchen drawer, body hair in the beds, ripped linen, mirrors not cleaned, no smoking room stank of smoke like an 90’s night club and furniture was run down to stay the least.. would never stay here again for any reason

The internet is soooo weak and it has been reported But it was not resolved even until we check out.My cousin and her husband have been visiting me at the hotel without asking any identification. And all of a sudden the receptionist won’t allow her to visit me without any identification.

The best part of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool. Sanju, the lifeguard there is very pleasant and friendly and it's peaceful up there. The gym is ok, enough to have a decent workout. The hotel overall is a bit dated.My checkin experience was great, I was informed that I had been given a free upgrade to have more space as we were three people.However, after getting our room. The experience went downhill.Firstly, the shower in the bathroom leaked really badly. There was water all over the floor after using the shower. We spent so much time trying clean the floor as the wet floor is very dangerous.We informed guest relations several times about this and we had a couple of visits from the staff who informed us the issue has been fixed. But it still leaked and the floor was still wet and was very dangerous.Secondly, the additional bed we were given had a mattress that was in such a bad state that I got no sleep at all on the first night. In fact I had a sore back as a result. I informed the front desk in the morning explaining about the mattress and the leaking shower. I also told staff that we would be out all day after 11.30 am, I was promised that everything would be looked into and sorted out by the time we got back.It was not.So we had to call front desk yet again to ask for the mattress change.Thirdly, several times we informed guest relations that we are three people and to please provide us with three bath, hand and face towels. The room is very good, washing machine, kitchen facilities, free tea/coffee making supplied daily, free Wi-Fi in all areas, 40 inch LED TV with good selection of channels, shower/bathroom hair & body wash supplied. Overall the room & hotel is very clean and well kept. The gym area is great and the rooftop pool is very nice and clean.
Free courtesy hotel bus to Al Mamzar Beach Park (entrance fee 5 AED) and to Deira center. 10 minutes walk to Al Mamzar Public Beach and 10 minutes walk to Century Mall with many shops and a big Carrefour Super Market. There is also a local supermarket and a pharmacy in the hotelbuilding.
The hospitality of all staff categories is outstanding, very customer friendly. At check-in, restaurant, maid service, pool service. You are always treated with a smile from the staff! I will come back again.
