Staff are very nice and helpful. Easy to rent motorbike and have 7-11 and family mark but no restuarant nearby.

We loved the hospitality by the warm and friendly staff specially reservation manager ploy was the best Person who matched our requirements for the various cruises we wanted to do and she helped us to do the best ones with good deals. Our room 122 was clean and tidy and spacious. It had everything we needed, the bestest ever. We love Frutta morning breakfast and now missing it in London. We hope to travel soon next year same time at our best hotel Frutta

This was actually a pretty good hotel, friendly staff and clean room, toilet roll was bog standard and your finger was likely to go through if you didn’t double up.The air con was a bit loud in the room and I only slept about 3nhours but that could’ve been jet lag, I’d stay here again for sure

The chairs at the pool could be renewed. The “pool-bar” was not in use but full of dirty old towels. This could be cleaned. Also the parking garage has been full of garbich.

Don't be persuaded by the deep discounts you'll see on booking websites. This hotel is worth the deeply discounted price that is advertised. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, air con, and no hot water in the showers. The included breakfast is food, but I found myself sticking more to the toast and fruit. The steam room and upstairs bar were unavailable during our stay and appear to have been for some time. The pool is as advertised as long as you don't mind sharing the space with tobacco enthusiasts. Bonus free bicycles to use around Patong, if you have a death wish. The bedding was a little stained. Half of the television channels did not work during our stay.

Frutta Hotel is a great hotel especially for the money .. It is a 9 out of 10 Only downfall is breakfast buffet is severely wanting ... Lousy coffee, white bread, no bacon, rubbish cereals .. And families will need to travel by taxi to town ; the road down the laneway is very busy and not suitable for children to traverse .. That aaid everything else is fantastic ... fruendly helpful staff, large rooms, great aircon , smart tvs, nice pool etc Many restaurants nearby Cheers

Stayed at pool access room. Was great there was outdoor chairs and tables to chill out. Upon check-in, staff told us max is 2 guests in a room. We booked through Expedia was 3 guests in one room. Staff decided to settle with Expedia and just let us stay as we booked.

The hotel had a fun vibe to it and the staff were all helpful and full of energy, but the building is the opposite and looks a little tired areas could do with some tlc, also the pool area is very small and does not get any sun on it throughout the day. the location is decent around 15 minute walk from the beach. Enjoyed the free use of bikes

Had an amazing 10 day stay at Frutta Boutique Hotel at Patong Beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with grrat views of the mountains and very quiet. The bed was so comfy and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was so delicious and eat as much as you want buffet. Will definitely stay again in future.

During check in, the hotel give us the room located at ground floor which I dont like and I request to change the counter refuse to relocate the room for us.

Considering the price I paid, this hotel was just fine. The AC unit in my room was in an odd place which made it hard to cool the room down. The hotel is walkable to Bangla Rd and Patong Beach. About 2km. But it’s definitely a hike late at night, and can be hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area.

The room was very good, and the friendly hotel staff upgraded our room. We had a good time in the hotel, and all staffs were very kind. We rented a motorbike and I don't exactly know whether the location is really good or not, but I guess it was near Patong Beach. (The rental motorbike was also new and really good) The room was clean and everything was very good except the tea cups which seemed quite old and dirty, so we never used them. By the way, the wifi was very slow. We very liked the rice milk coconut soap in the room and it smelt really good. However, as the hotel was located near a big road, I was uncomfortable with loud noise of motorbikes and cars, so I had to wear earplugs when I went to bed during staying in this hotel. Other than that, it was really clean and value for money, and the tiny swimming pool looked also good. In addition, the TV was compatible with USB so we could play movies (that I downloaded by my computer) using the TV in the room.

The hotel is a bit far from everything, the WIFI is bad (always disconnecting). The room and cleaning service is great! Breakfast was not that good and always the same.
