The room was comfortable and spacious but noisy. We could hear TV and voices from other rooms. The breakfast offered many choices and the food was good.

Our room was very noisy. There is no insulation between rooms. Therefore, you can hear conversations in adjoining rooms. Housekeeping did not come into our room to change our towels. I had to take our towels out and find the housekeepers every day to get new towels. Trash was not removed from our room during our four day stay. The showerhead was worn out and did not work properly. Outlets in the room were so worn that you couldn’t keep things plugged in.
The breakfast is very good. The staff at the desk and breakfast prep were great. Housekeeping not so happy with.

Everything about it was great as far as the hotel property goes. The unfortunate and most unpleasant part was the music from the restaurant next door; it could be heard throughout the hotel from mid afternoon until the wee hours in the morning. It made it difficult to sit outside and just enjoy the peace and quiet of the bay which was the draw to staying there. It was nice to be in a centralized area where you could walk to parks and restaurants and little shops.

Very clean and easy to get to! Great views for the sunset at night and loved having a restaurant we could walk to next door! Also very walkable to walk into town to visit shops and other restaurants. Super friendly staff. Pool was a bit smaller than the pictures make it look but still great to have. Overall would stay here again! Loved our room and the balcony view.

The room was misrepresented in the listing. We were expecting a “marsh view suite” in instead were given a room with a view of the parking lot/building next store. If you turned sideways you could see a small portion of swamp. The outside deck and convenience of Rockwell next door are the only things saving this review.

The hotel itself is beautiful, however the manager of the hotel does not understand hospitality at all. Our check in was like a Monty Python experience. Nothing was possible. We booked a water view two queen room, but was told that it was for “marsh view”, not “ bay view”. We asked to pay for an upgrade but was told that they can’t upgrade our room because we booked via Expedia third party. We asked to add a rollaway bed for our son, we were told that two queen room was not possible due to fire code. We’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels and never once had such experience.

This hotel was in a great location, well-kept, clean, staff was very personable and the breakfast was delicious. We had an upstairs balcony room and had gorgeous sunsets every night. Just a note for those thinking about booking here...do it.
Side note...there is a restaurant next door to the hotel that had live music every day we were there. It was nice background noise, which could be heard softly in our room, but they were respectful of not playing late into the night. It seemed they stopped around 10pm. If you or your kids are extra sensitive to noise you may want to do an interior room.
