It is an excellent, immaculate hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is super comfortable,extremely clean and luxurious.
All staff are so kind, they speak and treat customers with respect and they are helpful. Security staff at the entrance of the hotel is so kind and helpful. I especially thank for gentleman Umit DEMIR for being so kind and helpful. Bed, matress, room is super comfortable and clean. It deserves 7 stars.

Overall hotel services was good, only restaurant was so poor, I'm not suggesting to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I went to, the staff were so nice and helpful, they speak English too, the suite was so spacious and clean, I loved how they thought about the details. Me and my family had lovely time there.

The best part of this hotel stay was the plethora of options at the breakfast buffet. Turkish and American options and everything was clearly labeled.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need.
The location was less than desirable, depending on why you're in Istanbul. As a tourist I would not stay in thay area again since its far from the tourist sites.
Many airline flight staff stayed there though.

I consider the hotel to be one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in terms of price, service and cleanliness. The service was very, very excellent. I was lucky to meet Mr. Malhafi. The receptionist was very friendly and respectful.

From the moment you walk through the door. Till you leave customer service is there paramount goal. Professional, friendly, Mr Ramazan night manager and there day manager were exceptional.

We arrived late and was greeted by security and friendly bell staff. They directed us to reception and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff did upgrade our room to a suite and delivered a fruit basket and other sweets. The room was amazing! Property was excellently maintained and cleaned. Located between airport and downtown attractions.

Though this property lacks character, I thought we have a perfect 13 nights stay. The staff upgraded us to a suite which made our stay so much more pleasant. The staff really went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Thank you so much!

It’s a gorgeous hotel with very comfortable beds and great views! My 10 night stay with my wife, was so peaceful and quiet! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The pool and terrace was spectacular! 5 stars resort ~ ALL the way! Thank you Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe

The hotel front desk manager does not know how to handle issues. He created many uncomfortable situations.

In comparison with other 5 star hotels is great
Only is far from historical places we solve it with using Mahmoud bay metro station 5 minutes from hotel and with metro less than 30 minutes reaching to Şişli
Even if directly using Taxi to historical places is much economically than staying in small 5 star hotels 😢 in that area.

Jacuzzi was broken but they changed our room no trouble and I had a great bubble bath , loved the spa and massage and had some food which was good , cocktails a little pricey but nice overall loved my stay

Hotel was great! Clean and quiet
They allowed us to have a late checkout at 2 PM without any additional cost. Check in & check out was super fast. Easy to find a taxi when you exit the hotel. Breakfast was good as well, plenty of food variety. The only downside was you need to request bedsheets to be changed daily. They don’t change it by default, you need to request it. The mirror table was a bit dusty and no one cleaned it. Overall it was a great hotel, I will definitely come back. Ramazan and the receptionist were all great and friendly. Great service and clean hotel! 24hr reception

Excellent service from the entrance with smiles and helpfulness from all staff until we reached the front office (Bushra) who helped us getting our rooms in less than 3 minutes and committed to provide us with any request needed during the stay through the phone.
