Not bad nothing great

Came back from the day of work to an uncleaned room.

Nice hotel

Bed was not as comfy as I thought it would be.

Great room for its purpose. Comfortable and clean

Dining area looked like a construction zone during check-in, carpet needs to be replaced, and linen bins didn’t close. Overall, it’s an older property that could use some updating.

Breakfast was from 7am-10 am we went down around 9:15 there was no food we let the lady know and waited around for her to refill. At 9:30 there was still nothing out so we told her again and she said I’m gonna put more out but just a little bit because we are about to close granted there was still 30 min before 10 am and a line of people waiting for her to put more breakfast out she had a horrible attitude and just stood inside the kitchen not wanting to put anything else out including milk cereal bread things you didn’t even have to cook until we went to the front desk to let them know and she was furious putting stuff out with attitude giving us dirty looks

Clean, comfortable and friendly

The Sleep Inn is a very comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay. Home away from home. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping are wonderful, they kept the rooms clean, are so sweet and nice!I would definitely recommend the Sleep Inn!!

Friendly staff

Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Low soft pillows. Strong, hot shower. I was concerned about being right next to a busy-ish road, and there was some noise, but it quietened down at night and I slept very well.

Breakfast was great. Walls were thin. Could hear everything. But overall was good.

We arrived almost at midnight as a safety precaution from a spring snow storm that closed our main hwy option heading home, and was greeted with kindness from the night clerk and arrived in a very clean room that smelled of fresh linen. We slept wonderfully in the beds, and in the morning had a wide variety of options at the breakfast bar. They even had chocolate waffles and Nutella. The kids were a fan! Wonderfully helpful morning cooking staff that were right on top of the dining area. It was a pleasant experience given the circumstances and if ever in the area would stay again.

The AC was broke the first night, our room was 78 degrees when we walked in. We got it down to 74 degrees but suffered all night. HOT! Breakfast was great.

I was traveling with my mom to a funeral and booked one room with two queen beds. I realized I didn't request a handicap room but they changed our room to one that was handicap accessible. They were very nice about it I just wished they had a handicap room with two queen beds instead of only a king bed.

Hotel was good and breakfast too was good.

Great room but there was a lot of street noise. Also the TV remote was disgusting and I had the clean.

Easy access off of hwy 83. The property is well maintained. The rooms were nice and cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good too. Fair price too

I had a struggle liking the place. It was 22 degrees out side and when I entered my room the heat was turned off. It felt as cold outside as inside. Tiles were missing around the shower. But the bathroom was clean. Shower designed wrong. You had to step in and get wet to turn the shower on cause the door was on the wrong end. The room over all was clean however there was crack running from mid way down about 3 feet in one corner. We came with medical equipment that did not have accessible outlets for. Staff is very kind. Like I said room is clean. Once I got the heat on it was comfortable to sleep.

Horrible customer service, huge water leak/fall in bathroom (ceiling 113) at 10:15 pm- right i middle of room! Water everywhere- used towels and wastebasket (filled up 1/2 full) called desk- person on duty said nothing he could do and that it happened before. He finally came to room , no clean up, only “one towel available “ in whole hotel per desk person. AM - asked for room refund/ had to wait for? Manager/ waited- got refund, but “no “ apology, No real caring for our inconvenience! Also, a hunting dog ran around breakfast area same morning/ hotel was said to be no pets per information available 113 is handicapped room and I use a walker, bathroom floor wet/slick - not good for handicapped person- also different stories as to where water came from/night clerk said shower in room above runs over/ day clerk said ever time it rains it runs down ceiling in in ground floor 113 bathroom . A potentially dangerous problem that is ongoing at this hotel.
