Got a great price for the area. On arrival the parking lot is a disaster. Entering the lobby it was clean and appealing. Check in was a breeze and off to the third floor and our room! Getting off the elevater the smell was awful. Fortunately the room was great and oder free. Microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Overall I'd stay again because the room was about $50 cheaper than the local competition.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed in. We wanted a last minute trip before school started. Our kids wanted to go to a hotel with a swimming pool. I booked with this one and it was horrible! We got there around 10pm. No parking lot lights worked so the parking lot was supper dark. I was sketched out by that. Went to go check in, only one door was working and the sign they had up said use other door and the arrow was pointing away from the door. Got in the building and it was dirty and had a odor. The room smelled like mold and the floor was so dirty. After walking barefoot on it and then getting in the shower my husband made footprints in the shower. Went to go swimming the next morning and the hot tub wasn’t working but still had mucky water in it. The pool filter weren’t working so the water was dirty. There was old pool noodles in the pool and rocks. The floor was peeling up. They had plants in there and they were dying and falling on the ground. We did not feel safe at all. Spent all that money on a hotel with a pool that we didn’t even get to use. Highly would not recommend. It was a complete joke and the worst experience we have ever had!

The drive and parking lot needs some work. The room was large and clean. The lobby has a roomy living room that is always clean. Breakfast was just biscuits and gravy today--no waffles--but that was OK. There were also cereal, bagels and pastries available as well as juice.

The property was easy to find and easy to contact for questions. The place just smelled of smoke for being a smoke free Hotel and when went for the "free" breakfast it was very limited to what the site says that it offers. Also had a toddler with us and that shower was so hard could not shower the toddler as the shower head was so strong.

Hotel is becoming run down. Not good maintenance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast first morning was non existent. Cereal without milk and yougart. And breakfast area was dirty. Not maintained. Breakfast staff was sitting on a chair playing on her phone.

My room needed a good cleaning and updating. Shower curtin was about to fall apart. Hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been for some time. Parking lit is very rough and lots of pit holes.

Check is lady was prompt and friendly. Room was lack luster and not as clean as one would expect. Mold above the shower, holes in the walls where paintings were removed, stained carpet, stained chairs, let over hairs and dirt inside the top of the faucet handle to bathroom sink. (See pictures). Will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future.

The pool was nice and big

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast they need to improve their food. Just waffle and cereal not enough.

My husband forgot our shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It was all brand new and barely used. He went back 2 hours after checking they refused to give it to him. I went the next day and they pretended not to know anything and made promises to speak with housekeeping and would call me when they located it. It was a lie and they never called back!!

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Air conditioner kept room nice and cool. Very affordable. There is no in-room coffee. The hotel could use some work. Starting to look a little run down.

It fit our needs. Nothing fancy but ok for a short stay

We reserved two rooms for one night - guaranteed for late arrival knowing we were driving in from Denver. Arrived at 1am and they only had one room available. I showed the clerk my reservation guarantees and he said "I don't care, you booked with Expedia." We left and made other accommodations. I have requested a full refund from Hotels.com... still pending.

The tv in my room didn't work, couldn't connect to the wifi, and the printer in the business center didn't work.

The first room we were assigned, the sheets were dirty, had dried body fluids on them & dirt between the sheets, down by the feet area!! Brought this to the clerks attention, we were assigen a different room

A nice, clean bed in a quiet environment -- perfect for an overnight stay during a family trip.

Breakfast was terrible may as well not offered one, towels were thin and small, walls had holes, and room was never cleaned nor towels replaced.

The front desk knew that the rooms on the first floor had bed bugs and put us down there anyway. And when we told them that we needed a little more time to leave they said no because the house keepers needed to clean it now because they won’t work past one o'clock

Breakfast was terrible, Bath towels were about like hand towels, holes in the walls, still said happy 4th and it's almost August, rooms were never cleaned, one of the door key cards never worked.
