I ended up checking out and not staying there. The hotel is full of construction/railroad workers that live there long term. The door to room they tried to have me stay in had been pried open and deadbolt would not lock. I felt too unsafe to stay there overnight.

Lots of deferred maintenance. Time for some much needed TLC. We had the two bedroom suite. Thermostat in back bedroom broken. No one available to repair it on the weekend. Was given a fan. Had to ask for wash cloths. 3 tv’s only one remote. TV in the primary bedroom not working. Front desk brought us a remote but it never worked. We gave up. Bed uncomfortable. Wall art missing but holes left where it had been. Only decaf coffee available in the room. All staff we encountered were very young and appeared to lack the authority or knowledge to make the changes to improve the quality of our stay. We were visiting to attend a graduation. It’s no vacation destination but lots can be done to make it better.

The plumbing was not good at all sink, toilet, tub. Bed needed flipping. I felt like i was staying in a worker hotel with so many workers in n out.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Water in the shower lukewarm at best.

I was set up in a one bedroom suite for the first night and charged $239 before taxes. There were two tv's in the room and neither one worked. When the front desk was asked about the tv's they said their maintenance guy would be there in 2 days (not helpful). I was still charged the full price and when I went to change rooms the next day, I was stuck back in the same suite, with no working tv's. The front desk staff was very friendly but not able to help much or get someone who could help find a solution to the problems. The room was mostly clean which was good.

The general condition of the property was poor Price to high for shape it’s in

$200 a night for a room that was spacious, had decent amenities, but was in bad need of a refurbishment. Paint, wall coverings and furniture were beat up. And carpet was torn and or wet in spots. Staff was friendly and would have asked for a different room but none were available that fit needs of our party.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything I needed for the evening.

The accommodations were what I needed for my family of 5. The property itself is on the decline. There are many areas that are starting to look tired, dilapidated, and in need of maintenance.

Stayed for a hospital visit in town. Room was good enough. Staff was friendly.

Conveniently located off the interstate with food options close by. This place had the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

It was a quick and easy check-in, and the parking area was what we needed to accommodate the enclosed trailer we were pulling.

I wish they would put teabags in the room. However, the clerk offered me some to take up.

The second room was fairly clean until we went to make out the extra bed. Sheets were filthy. The front desk apologized again and got us a clean set. The hallway had a very strong, weird aroma. Thankfully it did not continue to the room. Went downstairs to eat breakfast at 8:45 with a 10:00 stop time. Absolutely everything was out. My husband had to ask them to restock. It wasn’t the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Just expecting a higher standard for a Marriott.

Great stay. The full fridge and cooking area, although I didn't use, was unexpected and a great bonus! The room was well equipped, clean, and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and comfortable nice spacious are loved how much storage room it had

This was a very comfortable stay at the quiet edge of a retail center. Beds & pillows (firm & soft) comfy, shower comfy, room modern, spacious, and efficient. Loved the access to stream video on the TV (Netflix, Prime, Showtime, HBO, etc.) and the front desk was helpful, even loaning us board games when bad weather extended our stay. There was a small housekeeping issue--previous guest's trash was not emptied and I could not tell if dishes in dishwasher were clean or dirty. But the room and bath appeared perfectly clean. Breakfast was identical each day of my 5-day stay: cheese omelette, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal and carbs. A little variety would have been nice, but still nothing to complain about. They have a tiny outdoor pool, not open in December. But this made for a quiet stay as families with children no doubt booked the noisy hotels with indoor pools. (I've stayed in the one with the waterpark next door and there were kids all over. I think they had a slumber party in the hotel room across from mine. Ughhh!) I have a friend in town and I will likely stay here again.

Door was a bit hard to open, but the hotel was amazing clean smelt very fresh throughout the hotel. Breakfast was ok

Rooms were spacious and clean. It was, however, quite noisy in the morning, it may have been the cleaners. I was hoping to sleep in and was awoken by a loud knock around 9am. Otherwise this was a great hotel!

A great place to stay in Garden City. The rooms are nice and more like home than a hotel. They have a couch and TV so you not stuck sitting in bed to watch TV. Overall

Convenient and serves hot breakfast much to our joy!

Refrigerator had food in it still. But room was clean and bed was comfy.
