Property is not bad if someone want to stay in the town, can be bit noisy but overall not bad as it’s your choice to live in quiet place or place where can be more busy or fun

Great value for money, a few little things need repair such as cupboard hinges, handles which didn't affect the stay but overall for the price it has everything you need in a room for vacation and staff were pleasant and more than helpful during my stay. Would stay again without a doubt

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. We arrived late at night and upon getting to our room the beds were clean, but the bathroom had mould in the bath, there was a god awful stench coming from the plug hole. The hot water took 10 mins to work and when it did, there was no option to add cold water, so you either had a freezing shower or a boiling one. Room was cool with aircon, but it leaked water down the wall. The room door was like an interior bedroom door, and was locked with a skeleton key like your grandmas old wardrobe would have. No safes in room, had to be creative with hiding passports and extra cash. Every night right below our room was the bar, it had bands on up until midnight so there was no chance of decent sleep before then. Other than that, staff were pleasant, area surrounding was great and the hotel is in a fantastic location, just needs a major upgrade. Would not stay again, but can understand why people do for the price.

Location is great ,close distance to shops and restaurants and beach. Room was clean, Bathroom is a bit out dated with shower over bath, which is a bit high to get in and out of. All in all a good hotel with friendly staff who are only to happy to help with anything.

Same good people seem to go there regularly. Sitting out the front at Terry's bar and people watch was good. Well made up rooms. The breakfast is poor. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere. $7.50 all you can eat many hotels in the area. Noise of doors banging. As the doors are electric key system, people slam the door to shut them when leaving. Band plays every night until 11pm. Outdoor pool shower filfy with mould. I told reception but got the, yes well fix it but no clean. They changed the shower head but not the mould on the pipes or the floor. Must wear things otherwise you get bad skin disease. Location great. Bar staff get drunk. No good.

Very run down. The first room the air-conditioning didn't work and it looked like multiple murders occurred in it , room 112. The second room was OK but the hot water was a problem.

Location is convenient. Everything is..standard. It depends what you need.

Old school Bali , amazing staff. Place needs a good clean and coat paint.

The location is central 4 mins walk to the beach where theres some nice beachside dining options with a broad range of foods ,Across the road a convenient store for essentials and many other markets, Shops close by ,Something for everyone,Also the hotel menu has a good choice of foods at a good price

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and amazing 5 minutes walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Located in a great central location to explore the area easily, the hotel needs some updating, cleaning of rooms poor, looked like the bin had not been cleaned for years and was afraid to use it. Staff were lovely and very helpful, for the price it was acceptable but with some investment the hotel could be very good.

Location is right in the heart of the action. Easy walking to anywhere. AC was nice and cold. Refrigerator also. Beds were firm and comfortable. Staff was responsive. Pool was clean. Menu prices in room need updating. Was unaware of live music when booking. It ended at a decent hour and they were good but loud. Dont expect to sleep early.

There are 2 buildings; one beside the road and another 300 meters away. Security guardhouse in front of the building make me feel safe. The swimming pool, garden and the room were simply. Only 2 power outages worked; refrigerator and the mirror light (dressing desk), when I needed to charging my cellphone I must turn off some of them. (Sadly only 1 electric light in room and another one in bath room). The light on balcony and bedside lamp were out of order. I asked for tower from staff for took a bath and only soap and tissue as toiletries.

Good location,300m from beach centrally located in main tourist area.

You pay for what you get, any problems like a insect in your room the staff are there very quickly. But remember you are are in the tropics with lovely staff great smiles and go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable.

Lovely gardens and conveniently located. Buffet breakfast was poor. We stayed in the executive rooms but were only supplied with a single blanket to cover a double/queen sized bed, the bedding cleanliness diminished in the last week of our stay and towels were hard to get. The pool was good but places to sit were limited. Would not recommend, there are better options around.

DO NOT STAY… 2 out of 3 people who used their card at the hotel reception had their card scammed… the towels smelt like wet dog and bad BO… and there are 100s of little black bug’s that come out of all the drains in the bathroom
