Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly- would stay again

The iron did not seem to function well when I tried to add water for steam which was a little frustrating and when I tried to speak to someone about it, they seemed disinterested in solving the issue. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable.

This stay was part of a longer business trip. We stayed in 2 other holiday inns during this trip and this particular one was horrible compared to our other stays. I will say the location is excellent. The room was run down, air conditioner was not working right, when asked if we could move rooms because of the noise level from neighbors we were denied, there was an issue with our breakfast tickets and we need a printed receipt for work and we are still having trouble getting it. We travel to Lancaster for work multiple times a year and we will never stay here again.

There was a prom there that night. Very crowded, long wait to check in. Cars in parking garage were revving engines and giving an overall unsettled feeling because of the noise.

I liked that the property was very clean and offered
amenities, like snacks.
I did not like that it was difficult to get someone from the
desk to pick up the phone to answer my questions. I understood that it was a busy weekend for the staff when
I brought it to their attention.

Staff was very friendly, lots of things close by for breakfast/lunch/dinner. My only somewhat complaint was that you could hear people in the hallways very clearly.

Convenient location downtown. Parking $15 per day. No free breakfast, very minimal buffet $14 adult. Would probably find another hotel.

Area is quite congested. Otherwise it is like any other large town.
Would like to say that the staff was quite accomodating. The front desk was efficient and pleasant.
But I would like to comment on one staff member, Ty, would went out of his was to assist us with all our issues; i.e., baggage, room key, dining, location of amenities and his smile!! Each of the staff did their jobs well but Ty was exceptional and would recommend he be chosen for any position in your company. He won't disappoint.

I enjoyed the stay, and I enjoyed the amenities, which I used very frequently. There were issues with the bathtub, and the toiletries I received were not clean whatsoever. There were stains on the walls, but also the sheets were clean. It was quality for the price I paid, but also it can be improved.

The room i reserved had the disability options that we needed ecxept no roll in tub. But i did wonder why an ADA room was on the 9th floor...had an emergency happened there wouldn't have been any way the disabled person could have made it down 9 flights of stairs! Our stay was great...everyone was very courteous.

Unfriendly front desk staff. Room not cleanned upon check in. Needed to be moved to a different room. No thank you for choosing to stay upon departure. Room had a bad musty smell.

It was a nice hotel. The male at the counter was very nice. My only complaint was when we got to the hotel to check in on Saturday at 2:45 there was only one person working and the line was huge. We had to wait forever to get checked in.

The hotel is very convenient to Lancaster General hospital. Jahuri & Shakur were incredibly helpful with check in and extending my reservation on a night by night basis. Probably one of the most comfortable beds ever.
