Great customer service. We had booked the wrong date so turned up a day earlier than they expected. It wasn't a problem for them at all. They had a room for us straight away.

Stayed for three nights and then another night after. Very central and convenient. Rooms nice, clean & up market. Bed great. Never anyone in office and waiting wears thin. Have stayed there several times. My choice in New Plymouth.

I recently stayed at this place in New Plymouth, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most shopping and restaurant areas, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New Plymouth, and I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Expected more from the property for the price paid. Reception staff not very engaging on arrival. No service of room was carried out on New Year's Day (was notified the day before about this), even though staff were on the property servicing those rooms where there were new arrivals.

The room had a horrible strong mouldy smell that contaminated all our clothes. Room needed maintenance on windows - restrictors needed refixing. Bathroom stunk and was outdated.

The staff here are great, they called us prior to our arrival to see what time we would check in. As it was a late arrival they had the room all ready for us and it was nice and warm as they put the heaters on for us. The room was so nice and clean and super comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful bathroom facilities which was so nice to have a spa after a day in the rain at netball!
Each staff member we spoke to was friendly and super helpful. The cleaners always smiled and waved too. We will definitely be back, keep up the awesome work.

I have been in a few hotels and motels in New Plymouth and this one was the best. Is sooo big the apartment and so clean. Staff is so friendly and the rooms are very quiet you can't hear anything from the neighbors. The carpark has the park front of the room.
