The hotel was located next to a wonderful restaurant and nice shops. It was a large room that had everything that was expected. The breakfast was ok. I wish they would have had yogurt, oatmeal, and granola options.

We (me, trophy husband) decided on a spontaneous trip to the north rim of the Grand Canyon and couldn't find lodging at the rim or at Jacob Lake so we looked at Kanab. My only requirement was a king size bed and the only place that had one king size bed left was the Best Western (Red Hills). The hotel is older and not updated, but the room was comfortable and spacious enough for us for the night. The room had a mini fridge and coffee pot along with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and the standard soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was just OK. (Available: Waffles that you make, cereal, yogurt with granola toppings, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice, coffee, tea, hot choc). We ended up stopping on our way out of town at Taro's for much better coffee. We were grateful to have a king size bed for the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and renovated. The pet friendly area even had grass. The only thing that was missing in the room was a microwave.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. I especially liked the neighborhood and the walkable proximity to several good restaurants.

Carpet in the room smells funny and requires cleaning. The rooms have not been upgraded for the prices they are charging. Breakfast was ok.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom; toilet had a black ring at water level halfway around the toilet. Room smelled musty and the air conditioner in the main building was not working so breakfast was @ 90 deg hot and very uncomfortable. And handicap parking is not close to entrances but around back which was a struggle.

Great place to stay for the price and pet friendly.

Very nice staff

This hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is very nice inside. Also, they have a nice pool and jacuzzi that looked very relaxing (we were not able to use). Breakfast was very good, and it was an easy walk to restaurants and fun shops.

Excellent service ans morning breakfast. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Noise outside at night and area felt a little unsafe.

Bed too lumpy pillows hard, no freezer in refrigerator, no coffee in main Lobby 6 am

The room air conditioner was loud. It seemed like the room could use a good vacuuming.

A little dated but nice

Although its an older hotel in a historic area it is well maintained. Its in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I stayed at this BW 10 years ago, and was afraid to book it again, but it seems to have been nicely improved and cleaned since. I will stay there again.

The room had a small bathroom and seemed rather old. The free breakfast was decent enough.

The Best Western Red Hills was a very pleasant surprise. The exterior looks more modest but the rooms and common areas were clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. Staff was quite helpful and friendly. The BW is located in the downtown area of Kanab and close to plenty of nice dining options

Service was great. Pool and hottub was awesome. The carpets were gross and need to be deep cleaned or replace. The mattresses were a bit stiff. Breakfast was great.

We stayed at a different hotel on our trip north and then chose the Best Western on our southern route and found it a much better stay. Thank you for being available in the Kanab area.

Nice place to stay on a road trip.

Our room got hot in the afternoon and the air conditioning unit wouldn't stay on. The room was sweltering at night.
