The receptionist who greeted me was kind, courteous and very nice. The hotel is in a busy and safe location. I highly recommend staying there.

It is a very simple hotel. Nice staff and clean facilities.

Overall a good place to stay at in Bangkok for a few nights. Close to communications and lots of places to eat at nearby. The breakfast is not the best.

I requested a bathtub. I saw one on the website but when i arrived they said their was no bathtub

Really nice and convenient place to stay for quick trips to Bangkok. Very convenient location, comfortable beds and facilities. Complimentary breakfast isn't that great, though... maybe less items, but better quality?

The only persisted problem is the staff ability to handle breakfast crowd. Slow in clearing used tables, no hostess to attend to the crowd, very disorganize.

Great location but I literally had to change hotels because of issues with internet. Since I work remotely this is just not acceptable. Even with their It staff they were not able to fix the problem nor offer any sort of compensation. I changed hotels and internet is fine. The issue was on them.

Great place not to loud, not to quiet. Just right for stay in Bangkok with everything you need in walking distance.

Perfekt location and good price. The breakfast buffet was very very boring. Not too much to choose. I ate only aggs and yoghurt. The toilet was clogged many times. I was a little bit dissapointed this time.

The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The hotel and the room were clean and modern. Very comfortable.

The hotel itself is fine, but it has an external travel agent located in the lobby. When I try to get a taxi to floating market, I was introduced to a private driver who took me to an unofficial hidden pier and charged me several times higher than official price which left just enough for a bathroom break at railway market. Then the driver took us to have lunch in a restaurant, the price on the menu is not what they charged to my credit card, they charged me double Michelin for a soup, a noodle and two smoothies which is regular street restaurant level food. All these happened with the first 24 hours I arrived Bangkok When I contact IHG, they just tried to cover the case and did not take any action. DO NOT USE ANY TRAVEL AGENT FROM IHG!!! AND DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL HELP YOU WHEN THINGS HAPPENED!!!

Stayed for a week in April 2024. Hotel located a short walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station, but you will need to walk along a small road off the main road to get to the hotel. Hotel has a gym on the ground floor - reception will turn on aircon if you ask them. Room rate included breakfast, I was given breakfast vouchers when checking in. One voucher per day, needed to bring it in the morning to the restaurant. Breakfast can be busy as this hotel seems popular with tourists. Breakfast options could be more varied but overall, it was adequate. Many food options located a short walk from the hotel, including a street market (morning to early afternoon) and food market. You can find street food nearby also. Hotel WIFI worked ok but it was disconnected upon check out. Hotel kept my suitcases for a few hours before I headed to the airport. Room was clean, adequate size and I found it quiet. You can walk to Sala Daeng BTS station - should be less than 15 mins walk. From Sala Daeng BTS station, it is another short walk (under 10 mins) to the Silom MRT station.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Basic hotel. Just stayed one night. Small, but okay. buffet breakfast.

Overall it was good, but the water pressure in the bath was too low and the water temperature was unstable.

Shower not good, water sometimes hot, sometimes cold, must be improved.

Close to the station and not too busy. It says they have bathrobes but don’t.

it fit for purpose. The only draw back is the seating and gap from one table to next during breakfast time and variety of food is somewhat limited.

Close to train station, 7eleven . Silom complex was 1 stop away and MBK mall was 3 stops away and all are interconnected to the train station.
