it was a good stay, the personel did everything to solve my needs, definitly will stay again

It is very old property, shower stall is tiny, electric outlets have no power, door keys failed 3 out of 5 times.

This is a dated motel- exterior entrance. A large gap under door. No ventialtion in bathroom except window in shower that looked right at neighbors windows and door. Breakfast was all pre packaged food, we did not ecpect anything more.

2nd time staying here & love the friendly staff. Breakfast has a variety of great options.

Stay was for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend a little update in the barhrooms and shower. AC worked very well and service is friendly at the front desk with each member I spoke with. Pool facilities need upgrade. The chaise lounges are broken and the other chairs around the pool are quite small. Overall is good value for a short stay. Parking and breakfast included which is a perk!

Everything was great. The only thing that i didnt like is that breakfast supposed to ends at 10:00am. I got there at 9:30am and the lady was cleaning already, i travel alot, and all the time the star cleaning at the time it supposed to end, not before that.

Well to start the phone in my room was not working so I called the front desk with my cell phone because I had some issues and they said they would get someone in the morning to come and fix it they never did my whole stay there, I was there four days, not a big deal because I had my cell phone. Then the fridge started leaking all over the floor around midnight so water got on all my stuff and they did bring towels up for me to clean that up but then it was leaking the entire stay and it was plugged in and turned on so I'm not sure why. The pool was freezing and it said it was a heated pool in the description. They had lots of options for the breakfast but nothing hot like it also said in the description except if you made your own oatmeal. The maids all look disgruntled and super grumpy this was my first time to LA and it was an okay experience but not what I expected for paying what I paid at this place!

A beautifully restored former motel. Great location for my purposes. Receptive staff.

Service was great and the unit was very clean. Traffic is loud but they offer earplugs. Beds were squeaky when you sit on them but comfy

Very convenient for an overnight business trip, and great value. Staff excellent and friendly. A cool throwback motor inn that has been refaced and redecorated in a fun, colorful pallet. Good restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was great, with one exception (read below). Nice rooms, good value, great easy breakfast, amazing pool, friendly housekeepers and “most” front desk staff. Upon arrival, we encountered TERRIBLE customer service from a front desk employee named Emily. We arrived a bit early before check it (check in is at 3pm and we arrived at 1:15pm), the girl at the front desk was so disrespectful and rude. When we walked in, she was sitting at the table behind the front desk and didn’t even greet us. After ignoring us for 2-3 minutes, she says “can I help you” in a rude fashion. I explained we are a bit early and wondering if our room might be ready. I even stated that it is ok if the room is not ready, I just wanted to ask as I had a tired child who really needed to rest after our flight. The girl, Emily, says, “you have to wait, I’m on my break now and I can’t help you”. So we waited in the car and came back after 30 mins. She was still sitting at the table and completely ignored us. After 10 more minutes of waiting, she finally went to the front desk, so I approached the desk thinking she would acknowledge my presence, but NO, she sat there on the computer and was casually speaking in Spanish with a housekeeper and giggling in front of me. Then finally said, “ok I can help you now”. After this encounter, everything was great. I feel belittled and disrespected by this employee and I hope she doesn’t treat anyone else like this. Hotel manager- please speak with her about this!

Nicely maintained. Retro chic. Quiet ans comfortable. Would have liked counter space or shelving in the bathroom, but overall very pleased. Breakfast was very basic, packaged foods, etc...but decent, and the coffee was good. Staff were very nice.

I stayed here for a quick overnight stay due to an early work call. The room is was offered looked update and was very clean. The bathroom fixtures (lighting, etc) & windows are old. However, I had to change rooms because the sink int he first room did not drain overnight. I didn't realize it until the next morning. I reported it to the front desk, but when I arrived back the following evening, I was told engineering did not get to the room. I was offered another room to stay in, however, it was not made up. The front desk clerk was able to get me sheets and a comforter very quickly. I made up the bed and got sleep. I had no further issues during the stay.

My 94 year old father stayed here. It was clean and newly renovated. The Continental breakfast was nice. The only problem is that they only have 1 ADA room. He needed a bar in the shower and almost slipped because they did not have a room for him.
