I DONT RECOMMEND THEM I originally booked thru Hotels.com for my 5 days and 4 nights (Jan 31sr 2020 to Feb 4 2020) stay at the hotel. I am with my partner and my kid. Whenever I book hotels I always ask for extra charges especially that I have a child checking in with me. So before 2020 I called Hotels com and confirmed if my kid staying at hotel would incur any charges the rep told me it's for free. Came the day of Check-in the front desk advised me that it would cost my son an extra 800php a night I was totally shocked because I confirmed that it was for free since he'll be staying on the same bed. I explained everything but I guess they are not that considerate given the confirmation. I asked for the manager but is unavailable. The front desk said to me that if I insist on not paying the child they will refund my money but for 10 to 15 days. Then where are we going to stay ? right? I even asked them since I got no choice if we can only pay 500/night for my child since there will be NO room upgrade same room nothing really changes but we are adding money to give them but Owner says NO. Negatives *far away from the beach *mosquitoes are flying around the restroom and bedroom *They are not changing the bedsheets and pillow cases even if they don't look clean anymore. You have to instruct them to do changes before they'll change sheets. *They don't clean restroom, they just restock tissue papers. Positive ** I love the breakfast

I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The free breakfast was excellent and much better than I was expecting for the cost. Overall I would recommend for budget conscious travelers and those that want a warm breakfast with delicious options. The rooms were clean and modern as well.

The service was excellent, good location just 45 seconds from Bulabog beach and 3 min from White Beach station 2 Cable tv with a lots of channels, cold A/C. Cleaning services every day, the breakfast really good, very helpful people ... Very good experience.

Very clamp room even though it was a double room. Toilet is very small and will pose a problem for those plus size guest. There is no standing room for showering. The showering space is only a 150mm gap between the basin and the WC. Room is clean and staff are helpful. Looks like they just renovated and having a fresh coat of paint.

Friendly staffs, free upgrading of room, good breakfast, room is clean, 5-10min walk to White Beach, tranquil and quiet location away from the hustle beach. Highly recommended to Budget tourists. No water dispenser neither kettle.

Overall such a nice and cute hotel, the staff were very kind and helpful, the condition of the hotel is good, the wifi is okay, and the breakfast was good. The shower heads were great (haha). The only thing I would complain about are the blankets- I suggest bringing one if you get cold easily because it is quite thin- and mosquitos. It’s also quite hard to find so more hotel signs are needed. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk to the white beach. Would definitely go back though.

Quite strategically located, though not by the beach but all within walking distance. 5-10 minutes to Dmall, Station2, White Beach. Friendly and helpful staff providing guides to eateries and direction. Clean room, though the mosquitoes can be fierce but still manageable, it is the same in most places on the island. Breakfast provided is adequate and nice. Aircond unit is old but still functioning well. Amenities is really basic, just one soup and a sachet of shampoo.

We stay here for 9d8n...it is pleasent experince...the staffs and the owner are awesomely freindly and do treat us like family..do bring ur own blanket bcoz the blanket is very thin..mug and kettle are not provided..how ever u can ask warm water from the receptionist..during our stay there are few times of blackout but they have backup generator that will turn the light on only...Mecasa is near to bulabog breach which is convenient for june-nov travelers (i was told that during this period, all the activities were held in bolabog beach)..as a whole, it was an awesome experience..

Good staff, decent breakfast. Near the kite surfing side of the beach and 5 min. walk to D'Mall. They have an in house tour desk as well if you're lazy to arrange an itinerary for your trip. The hotel is beside a new pub which serves craft beers and other bar grub.

Great location near the back beach and right near iSite tour agency for all your tourist needs. Not too far from DMall, about a 5-minute walk, and less than 10 minutes from the front beach where the sunsets and magic all happen. Customer service was great, lots of smiles, good breakfast. Wifi is a bit slow, but the whole country has bad wifi as far as I can tell. A good launching point for all your travels, regardless.

Hotel and room were clean, staff good except breakfast waitress who never smiled. Breakfast was fine! Room very small, no refrigerator, kettle or place to put your clothes. Fairly quiet place except the rooster, close to both beaches. Great place for a short stay.
