Went for a leisurely trip to visit family, we stayed 3 nites 3 days,the hotel is trying to be eco friendly by cleaning rooms every other day however on the day they were to clean (saturday) we were gone 11 hrs. we came back to our room exhausted, expecting to walk into a fresh & cleaned room however what we walked into was an unmade room !! bed not made no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no tissue paper the 2 rolls that were on the spindle were already low when we arrived and no replacements left, not kleenex it was dissapointing to say the least. we even asked the front desk b4 leaving for the day that morning if this was the day our room would be cleaned today and we were told YES IT WOULD BE.
the hotel also offered free breakfast everyday which of course we took advantage of, however the food that was served included no type of breakfast meats. and the little breakfast sandwiches they offered (which there were hardly any of) had the thinnest slice of ham I have ever seen ! they had plenty of dry cereal, never enough bread for toast, no potatoes, they ran out of pancake batter, coffee in dispensers were cold, not even enough silverware or plates. I had to ask to replenish items so that I could get something in my stomach b4 we left for the day. I wasnt the only one asking for more food to be put out, I even saw people asking for their food to be nuked so that they could have some warmer food!! ridiculous! The workers didnt seem to have any urgency to replenish anything!

Our first time staying at Home2 Suites. We needed a suite which had a sofa sleeper because there was 4 of us. The sofa sleeper only had fitted sheet. There were no pillow cases.

Nice stay at Home2 Suites. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. Room was big enough for 3. Beds were a little squeaky and covers seemed a little small for the bed. TV remote was weird - no channels, just up and down arrows. Bathroom is showing wear (wallpaper, tiles). Breakfast was sufficient. Wished there was apple juice. Outdoor area was nice.

My family and I stayed for one night while in town for a special event. Check-in was easy and the employee that assisted us was friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, but showed some wear, particularly in the bathroom. There was ample space for our family of 5 and our belongings. Although I didn't use the pool or fitness center, I did take a peek and both looked clean and in good working order. Breakfast in the morning was on par with what I would expect; breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, fruit, breads/pastries, and waffles. Everything was well stocked and being managed appropriately by staff. There appeared to be some work going on during our stay that required a large dumpster and some storage containers in the parking lot. This took up some of the parking, but I was still able to find a spot. The only thing I would change would be the TVs. Streaming/casting wasn't available, but you can hook a device up with an HDMI adapter. Overall I was happy with the accommodations and I would stay again.

Room was clean except for both sinks. TV appeared to be non HD channels only and remote guide would come up but we couldn’t select a channel from it. Otherwise the room was great and breakfast was good!

We really liked the property. The only reason we did Staff and service at five was because the breakfast was a little strange and there wasn’t really a staff readily available to answer questions. Where you would start the line there were trays but no plates there. So when you move onto the eggs, you don’t have a plate so you’d have to go down to the end of the line to pick up a plate first. Just not a good set up as far as that goes.
And the parking outside was very strange. And in part of the parking where it was the closest, there were large metal storage bins. Not sure what those were for.

Clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a King suite with our son on the sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for bedding we were only given sheets. Had to ask again for a blanket. Other than that it was a good stay.
