Good trip. We came early. We were given early check in. Staff was excellent. The room was spotless and had an amazing view. Breakfast at the soco was also good. Not our first stay at the delta. And definitely won’t be the last

Nice location and easy walking. Issue our room wasn't ready at the check-in time, waited over 1hr extra. Only explanation given was they were busy. Had issues with keys not working for doors of room and club bar. Breakfast buffet was good.

The property was incredibly clean, quiet and beautiful. Fantastic location - within walking distance to major events and attractions, dining, and shopping. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway break. Beautiful views of the city and excellent breakfast. Room was bright, clean and the bed was super comfortable.

We stay at the property for 4 nights. On the 2nd day we requested for our room to be because it wasn't clean. Again on the 3rd day the room wasn't clean. We asked the concierge how often does the room get clean. We were told the room only get clean upon request. I have never of that before. We paid over $560/night and we don't get daily service. Will not be staying there again. Very disappointed.

Raylin welcomed us upon check in/out. Forgot the server's name in SOKO restaurant (asian female sat.or sun. evening) but she was very attentive & took care of us. The water pressure for the shower head could be alot more stronger in my opinion, but nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a nice stay, the view from our room was amazing, great location. The elevators, though, were slow and crowded and not all of them functioning.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. From the cosmopolitan in Vegas to the Hilton and Raddison. This Delta hotel is by far the CLEANEST! I have ever seen. The floors inside the rooms are not stinky carpet but vinyl or laminate. The beds are wooden and the grout in the tub was free and clear of dirt or hair. No stains or finger prints on the walls. It’s a family friendly hotel and we stayed here Labour Day weekend with 0 line up’s to check in or out. Couldn’t hear a single person in the hallway. We ate at soco restaurant for breakfast that we included for a lovely price before hand. And it was the best hotel breakfast with the most variety I’ve ever seen offered. The parking was so easy and having two toddlers under 3 was a breeze when staying here. The pool gives you a view of the CN tower and is open late. Everything is walking distance ! This will be my go to spot to stay every Toronto visit! The staff were nice and respectful without sounding fake or robotic. 5 stars! For making a mom trip with two toddlers the best ! Overall it is a nice place to stay.

At the heart of downtown, close proximity to attractions and staff are very accommodating.

Great tourist area. Most attractions are within walking distance. Rooms were clean, toiletries are awesome. Towels were a bit old looking but they did the job. Housekeeping was done in a timely fashion. This was 2nd stay at this hotel. First was a king room, which was great. Second was 2 queens, didnt like were bathroom was for 2nd room..walking space between sliding batbroom door and a bed. Not a great area for a bathroom. Room gets fairly dark. Beds and pillows were very comfortable

Amazing hotel located near Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre! The walkway inside is so incredible!

Delta Hotel is a great place to stay. Parking is available and it’s next to the CN tower, subway station.

Absolutely incredible hotel. You can’t beat the service and the view was outstanding. I had a corner room overlooking the CN Tower and the lake and it was wonderful. The only thing you need to remember is to close your drapes and blinds during the day when you go out, otherwise the room gets very hot. The only drawback was the elevators took a long time. Parking is also pricey no matter where you go in the area so you need to factor another $35 a night or $65 for valet with in/out privileges.

several days with grandkids-3 and 6 and their parents. pool is very nice. great location. one block to locomotive park, ripley’s aquarium and CN tower. lots of food options in area. hotel is very nice. many parking options and staff was very professional

Went to see Blink, only 5 minute walk from the arena so it was very convenient.
