Room, ambience, staff, breakfast, I like everything of this hotel.

From the moment I walked in I felt special. Everyone greeted me and the the entire property was beautiful. The sounds of the birds the landscape all beautiful. My room was so comfortable, and clean. I can't wait to go back.

Wonderful stay! I recommend this place so highly. It was one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at, anywhere! The staff are soooo helpful and well-trained. The hotel owner is friendly and wonderful, the food is delicious, every little thing is taken care of with thought and detail. The best stay ever!

I have stayed here multiple times and each time my stay has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel & grounds are beautiful but it is the oustanding staff and customer service that really puts this hotel over the top! Everyone from the owner himself to the groundskeepers are absolutely fantastic. I've never had better customer service anywhere!

Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Front line staff were extremely polite, helpful, interactive, respectful and always went about their tasks with a smile. The hotel manager, Susumu, was a nice fellow however we sensed he was sometimes a little disingenuous and fake towards guests. He was a little intrusive and over-inquisitive and on a few occasions overstepped the normal level host & guest interaction. We sensed he has a healthy ego, and seemed keen to want to over share about himself and all he has done for the hotel. At times, it was a little creepy and, as described, disingenuous. He seemed to cater more for Chinese guests than non-Chinese guests; and sometimes preferences Chinese guests in front of us and others. It became very clear as the week progressed who he prefers to have stay at this location. That aside, his staff were absolutely fantastic and whilst he provided a tip at the end of our stay we are somehow hoping it all goes to the hard working front line staff including cleaners, kitchen personnel and bar & beverage attendants - and not just into Susumu's pocket. It is important to emphasis that this was an overall great hotel and experience. It may not be everybody's cup of tea, and there were some elements of the physical hospitality that are quite out dated. Some elements of the hotel could probably benefit from an overhaul and update of equipment and guest amenities. Modern, streaming TV(s) would be a good start for rainy days indoors.

This is a FIVE STAR hotel at a lower price than most hotels advertised as such. The service is absolutely impeccable and they anticipate your every need. The owner, Mr. Kuroda, is onsite every day and most helpful. They have a great restaurant on the property with free breakfast! The big beautiful swimming pool is lovely. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was up to the highest of the high standards. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to stay at Iroha! Beautiful garden and pool for the kids. Mostly quiet and relaxing for the adults. Food is good, service is excellent. One of our favourites in Phnom Penh!

A beautiful hotel - The staff make you feel like family and welcome you back every time you return to the property. A 1950's hotel, enclosed with private gardens and a lovely half sunk pool - an oasis in the middle of the city. Surrounding the pool their are plenty of sunloungers and cabanas which are perfect to relax in after a day in Phnom Penh. Sun or shade there is a spot in the garden for everyone. Location is great - the property is down a private road that has security 24/7 due to the embassy. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance and the hotel can get you a friendly tuk tuk wherever else you need to go. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Our only grumble would be our shower was over the bath and wasn't very powerful and not a 'rainfall' shower as described & The wifi is also a little slow but neither of these points would discourage us from staying again. The breakfast was a la carte and you picked from a menu - plenty of choice and very tasty and it was a great start to the day sitting in the garden having coffee. A brilliant stay and we cannot thank the staff enough.

Staffs are all sophisticated and well-trained. I was impressed by their hospitality and clean facility. The owner of this hotel, Mr. Kuroda, came to speak to every guests at the breakfast. I got good advise and information about the restaurant, which was so useful. I really can recommend this hotel.

Welcome home! We will always remember how pleasant the Owner and his entire team greeted us on three different occasions during our journey in Cambodia in their oasis of peace. We just felt at home (14000 kms away for us). Exceptionally friendly service the second you enter this oasis in the middle of the very urban Phnom Penh. The restaurant offered a wide range of cuisine including Khmer dishes which were so tasteful. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. Iroha Garden is a walking distance to the collective memory of the S21, the Russian market or great local shopping such as Wattman Artisan Cambodia. But nothing would make us forget the conversations we had with Susumu and his team. We would defintly return to Iroha Garden. Our stay in Iroha Garden will simply remain unforgettable.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the pool was and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional - the fact you could have it at anytime was an added bonus (I'd reccomend the Japanese breakfast!)

Outstanding! The staff here go above and beyond and are THE friendliest. Beautiful spacious rooms, very clean. They have thought of all the little touches- raid in the room if needed, flip flops for the pool, hair dryer, vanity kits, robes, safe, minibar, kettle, etc. Great pool, garden area with lounges and a few shaded cabanas by the pool. We hit some snags at our hotel before here and making the decision to come here was the best thing we ever did... they were so gracious to us and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. They upgraded our room for our anniversary and we had a late flight and permitted us to stay in our room until 530pm even though checkout is at noon. Theyll bring bug spray over to you if dining outside (to lovely jazz music I might add) and give you a personal sendoff in your taxi. This place made us feel like royalty. Tip: if flying out of Phnom Penh give yourself LOTS of time to get to the airport (Traffic is nuts). It took us 1.5hrs to get there from this hotel even though the hotel is less than 9km from the airport
