Pros: Nice Apartment, Kind Staff, Great Kitchen, appliances and dishes. Also has a washer and drying rack! Cons: The Lobby of the building is very hot. There’s two sets of stairs before the elevator, so you have to carry them up yourself. The front door handle is very confusing (should be explained as it’s not standard). Great kitchen but no silverware. Needs better quality pillows and sheets (no sheets just a comforter type)

The apartment was fully outfitted with everything we needed and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Furnishings were modern and clean. Air conditioning worked great!! Bathrooms were luxurious and, although we didn't use it, the kitchen/dining area was really lovely, too.

We enjoyed our stay. We had minimal issues , and they did come to our room right away to check. The living room is a bit warm since the AC is in the bedroom, thankfully they had electric fan so it didn’t bother my son much. When we checked in , they already made the bed in the living room for my son which is great. I did see a used clothing left from previous guest on the floor inside the shopping bag next to my son’s bed. I didn’t call to tell them ( I didn’t see any point ) . We did call them twice for water heater and AC , they were there immediately 👏. To go to the apartment you have to check in across the street (Mosaic) and get your key to get inside the apartment bldg. You also have to navigate a flight of stairs before you reach to the elevator, it’s a little inconvenient especially if your luggage is very heavy. The shower area is a little bit tight. Other than that all went well and we enjoyed our stay. We were not in the apartment much since we are always out. One thing I think would be great is if they can make the breakfast a little bit earlier ( instead of 7:30AM) , it’s good for those who have pre-arranged tours that starts early. Most of the European country we visited they were open at 6:30AM.

Wonderful place

Very amazing designs incorporating lots of cow elements! Its location is also close to the center of Prague, which is convenient to visit lots of places with trams. Our family had a great time there! PS. It would be great to have larger dining table and vanity.

This is a lovely place! Very courteous and helpful desk service. It is within walking distance to the main attractions if you enjoy walking in such a beautiful city, but also the tram passing in front takes you to the main train station, the metro B is a few blocks away, and many other trams pass one block away. The dining options around are great and there are a couple of good supermarkets around the corner. The decor of our apartment was wonderful, and the bathroom was luxurious. We are coming back!

The MOOo Downtown was a neat spot. The accomodations were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The managing staff was helpful and cheerful. The morning breakfasts were great with an unbelievable variety of delicious, substantical food.

Beautiful appartment , clean, bed comfy, super well located. Easy access to tram or metro. Lots of restaurants and bar nearby. Keep in mind it gets busy/noisy early morning from traffic but if windows are closed no problem at all! We will definitely go back! Thank you very MOOOch

Our second time here - just as good as the first. Large apartment with separate lounge. Great facilities - cooking dishwasher, air-con. Great location and very clean and comfortable, The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The QQ restaurant in the Mosiac hotel (Which is part of the same complex) is also fantastic. We'll come back.

Mooo Apartments were very comfortable, clean and nice. Check in was easy and the location was great. Walkable but also right next to a tram station. Would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment style hotel was AMAZING! Central location in the New Town District (Praha 2). It is a close ~5-8 minute walk to the old district which is lovely as it is not as crowded compared to the old district. There are many restaurants within view of the apartments. Service staff are friendly and super accommodating. The apartment itself is in a beautifully restored and maintained building that really makes the "European" experience more magical. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning in the apartment was a bonus. The rooms are large and spacious and it really feels like home. I don't have anything negative to say! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, modern apartment in quiet characterful building. Extremely clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Felt more spacious due to the high ceilings. Five star hotel vibe with new high-end decor & furnishings. Great central location, easy walk to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful location. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A washing machine is a plus, but no dryer. Racking the clothing is enough to dry them overnight. Good breakfast buffet at the sister hotel across the road. Only down points is parking. I had to park at the nearby Central Parking Prague about 4 mins away. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to haul them from the checkin hotel and walk across cobblestones (will kill the wheels) and up a small flight of steps at the apartment.

Mooo Downtown apartment was fantastic. The apartment was in a great location just a short walk from the river and on a street with great restaurants and bars away from the tourist trap places. Our apartment was a one bedroom which was roomy, well equipped apartment which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We slept so well. The staff in the sister Mosaic hotel were very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Prague and so we had no idea which area to book or whether to book an apartment or a hotel but I'm so glad we booked Mooo Downtown and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Prague.

Great apartment! It is in a great location within easy walking distance of the sights and has easy tram access. The front desk staff were excellent.

We loved the MOOo Downtown!! The apartment was great and spacious. The location was amazing and easy to get to everything. If I had one concern, it was that housekeeping did a poor job with the floors. They did not seem to be swept or vacuumed. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Just returned from a long weekend and the accommodation was excellent! Great value for money, clean and the location was excellent. Check in was smooth and any questions or requests answered promptly. The apartment had everything you needed and felt very spacious. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable and well equipped, high quality rooms. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Only downside was the housekeeping, which didn’t even replace empty toilet paper.

Great location 15 Min. Walk from all major cites. We loved the cow concept design, very modern and fun. The reception is across the street in another beautifly designed hotel and the service is great, very attentive and friendly. Very clean. I traveled with my kids and coocked in the unit. Very comfortable.

This was a really great place to stay and so unique! Great location, close to transport options but also walkable to the main attractions. Instructions to get there were easy to follow as was check in. The apartment itself was in great condition and lots of nice little touches. Would definitely recommend!
